Crazy how all the bad reviews have the same complaints, and the "response from owner" is the same, just copy and pasted over and over! This place has been crappy over 10 years now. Every now and again I give then another chance, and they prove they will always be crappy. Long wait times, cold food, wrong toppings, one time it was the wrong order altogether! Most of the staff is either rude and unprofessional, or act like they couldn't care less.
Tonight, I waited over an hour after being quoted less than 30 minutes online for delivery. I'm less than 2 miles from the store. After 50+ minutes, I tried to call the store. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes, no one picked up. I'm at work, so I had to hang up. when I called back, another 10 minutes on hold. When someone finally picked up, he said they are waiting on the driver to come back so he can deliver it to me. This was a full hour after it said the pizza was done online. When I said that, he said, "It's ok, its been sitting in the heating cabinet this whole time" What? Hour plus old pizza is the quality standard??? No wonder this place has horrible reviews!
I asked him to cancel it and he asked for my order number. However, he couldn't tell me where to find it online. After another 5 minutes of searching for that without any luck, he asked for my phone number (after I asked at the beginning if he could look it up that way and told me no).
We finally got the order cancelled after a 19 minute phone call. Id rather pay double somewhere else than ever give them any more money. The background noise of the phone call was very explicit music (rapper Eminem) that was so loud I could barely hear the employee speak most of the call. The volume bothered me more than the lyrics, but I could only imagine if that was Granny on the phone lol.
MESSAGE TO OWNER-------------------------------------------------- Don't respond if its just going to be the same copy and paste crap that's on every other bad review here. Asking for more info lol. Be proactive and actually do something! People are telling you the problem! The staff/staffing sucks and has for a long time!!! Respond if you are actually going to do something to fix this broken store.
EDIT* It took a whole week for them to copy and paste the same response they gave everyone else...Basically a big GFY to me and everyone else that has had problems. I will NOT contact the store that has nothing but problems and expect them to fix it when they caused all the problems to begin with. You want to fix the problems, then fix them! Don't rely on the guest to chase you down and beg for help. I'm not hard to find, I bet I'm the only Niles to ever order there. My phone number is on file, just call. I'm more than willing to give you more info with a little effort on your part. But maybe that's why the employees are horrible there if this is the management response to longtime customers that...

We are in town for an event and my four year old decided she was hungry at nine pm so I placed an online Order at 9:39 pm with an estimated delivery time of 21-31 minutes. At about 10:21 pm I dialed the number on the order confirmation to check on the order because according to the online tracker it had been delivered. No one answered the phone. I called again with the same result. Five minutes later, I called from another phone and was answered by “Michael” the “manager”. At first, they said the order was not in the system. Then after being placed on a brief hold the order magically appeaRed ready in the store about to be picked up to be delivered by the driver. His excuse was they “push the orders through when they’re behind because the trackers aRe corporately timed”. When I asked if we could receive a discount I was flat out told no and offered a 20 oz drink. Ummmmm. No. Michael was rude and very argumentative though I did my best to remain patient over this matter. It is now 10:42 and my pizza hasn’t arrived. Thanks Michael....
Read moreThe staff was very pleasant however I place my order for a gluten-free pizza I said what I want on it they said it would be 15 minutes so I went to the shop next door they asked my friend if I want a cheese on my pizza and he said yes then they told him that's where you get your gluten from wrong you get the gluten from wheat that's in your flower not your cheese that's why paid for the gluten-free crust so needless to say I got a cheeseless pizza the sauce was cold on this cheeseless pizza and the toppings were cold it was like they didn't even cook it. My friend got a regular pizza and he spent the rest of the night in the bathroom his was also undercooked so I gave the food a one and the service a 3 star because they didn't know the difference between the gluten is pretty much to do with people that can't have wheat the atmosphere was great but the food...
