J & J Pizza — Restaurant in Palatine Township

This place is a hidden spot in the plaza la rosita. In Palatine. I’ve been here a few times before making a review cuz I really wanted to give an honest opinion! First off cleanliness is awesome! Place looks well cared for and clean. 2nd Customer Service ❤️ THIS is the first reason why I came back! They are great people and always a joy to see their smiles and warm greetings. Now to the food. I cannot express enough how phenomenal the wings and pizza are!!! the wings and garlic habanero sauce was fire! If you wanna get some amazing wings your taste buds definitely deserve to have wings from here! It amazes me that not that many people know of this place and well don’t snooze on this place!! Your missing out if you do!!! The pizza is better than I’ve tasted ANYWHERE in this area and we’ve been trying to find a spot since we moved nearby. So grateful I was told about this place and decided to try. They also have a seating area with TVs. If you’d like to meet up with friends or just have family dinner THIS is the place. Date night??? Modern new look, between an Asian cuisine and laundry, in a Hispanic populated zone.

I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni & jalapeños, instead I only got pepperoni. the sauce was sweeter than expected (not good), I was told on the phone it would take 45 minutes and It was ready when I arrived on the dot. Place doesn't get a lot of people, I asked how much was the slice on display ($6) but they were as wide as your hand. (but I still rather buy a full pizza for bit more) To drink they only have coke products and water bottles in the fridge. I didn't like their burger.. Burger King or Wendy's sound better.

The location name hints Italian but the menu hints undecided, maybe they are trying new things out.

Service here was acceptable, plenty of parking but always keep an eye open with where you park...

I found this place after moving into the area about 18 months ago. The customer service is always outstanding and I have had the chance to try several of the different types of food off their menu. They have great pizza. Which obviously as a pizza place is important. But I had their chicken wings last night for the first time, let me tell you. The best wings I've had in some time. All of their portion sizes are bigger than you expect where even their "large" salad could feed 3-4 people. Their delivery times are excellent. Their prices are fair.
