I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was waiting at the counter with my kids to place an order, but no one acknowledged us. A staff member saw us but didn’t offer any assistance. After waiting, I tried to get an employee’s attention by knocking, but it took several attempts. When she finally came out, she immediately confronted me instead of assisting.
