7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Palestine

Today's service was the worst I have ever received since 7 brews has opened here in Palestine, Tx. My husband and I go to 7 brews about 2 times a day and have never had this type of experience. When I pulled into the first lane, there was a young lady standing at a jeep talking to the person in front of me . However, the jeep left, and so I pulled forward in lane 1, now at the front of the line, and the lady that was talking to the jeep went inside. A truck pulled into lane 2, and the lady that was taking orders then came outside and started to take the car that was in lane 2 order, but still no one had taken my order. After lane 2 receives their drink and drove away, a different lady came outside and started to take the orders of everyone behind me, but still, no one had taken my order. When the lady finally came to take my order, her attitude was very nasty. This was the first time her attitude was this way, she is usually very nice and has even given my husband and I drink ideas. My order got screwed up one drink was completely wrong. She put my number in wrong, didnt believe me about it till she reluctantly asked again what the number was after talking with her coworker, I didn't get my free drink or points. I sat for 3 mins just waiting on a straw.. She gave me two coupons to make up for this mistake for two free med drinks and then 3 days later when I tried to use them I told that they are expired and they arent allowed to take those or give them out.. manger said there was nothing she could do about it, so i just left. I’ll go ahead and say it… this place is literally the copy of another chain whose name has to do with Holland. 😉 Anyway, that’s not a bad thing at all! This place felt easy to order from having ordered from the other chain hundreds of times. Their large cups are huge!! I got a large iced sugar free german chocolate. It was amazing!!! I love all the SF options.
