Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palestine

I go Taco Bell regularly it used to be good friendly, but they have this girl who works the window who will argue with you and argue with you and force you to take food or drinks that you don’t want last week I just end up taking the food because I was so mad I didn’t wanna do something I shouldn’t today which is Sunday. She stood right there went and argued with me. Over some drinks I ordered she kept telling me I did not have a Baja blast. Then she close the window on me? Who wants to go somewhere like that in the window or anywhere? I have my receipt to prove that I got a Baja blast that she want to argue about whether simple or majorshe can argue. Luckily, today, I’m assuming a sweet little manager was there just a Sweet she could be She had an earphone on. She gave me the Baja blast like it was not a problem . if More people like her work there Taco Bell will make it because she just did it so quickly like it was like The right thing to do at the window ..there a lot of people not only me that doesn’t even want to go back to Taco Bell. That’s sad. I should’ve posed to the receipt last time it was like a $40 order she argued with me and a line of cars .. so I left with the wrong food more if I’m not mistaken it was more than 40.00 and all she want to do was argue like I said thanks for the manager today I’m sure that’s who that was today with the headpiece on they gave me the Baja blast that I actually paid for and then told me to keep the other one, but they do need to move the other one around i’m speaking to the...

He looked down at me and smiled for the second time and asked me how I was doing even though he had already asked me once before... this let me know that he really cared. I will remember his name until the day I die...JOSE...A beautiful man delivering unto me beautiful things...the finest cuisine...from his hands to mine. Ahhh...those hands...I cannot adequately express my gratitude that the Taco Bell sacks are made of paper for they held his smell. Now I can enjoy the sweet succulent perfume that is Jose's hand sweat. I will be returning to this establishment soon. 10 of 10 would recommend.

Update: I eagerly drove to my new favorite spot the Taco Bell in Palestine Texas hoping to see my sweaty-handed friend Jose once more. As I pulled up to the drive-thru window eager with anticipation it was not Jose who met me but an angel whose name quivers on my lips.... Lorelei.... As I pulled up to the window her hand was already extended holding my IC beverage out to me... She then asked me for my card and I knew right then and there that I would absolutely give it to her along with My soul.... She handed me my bag of food and said the only thing left for me to do was to wait for my card she gave it to me quickly but we both know that I would have waited forever I would have waited until the ends of time for Lorelei.... Service with a smile a smile that lasted and left an imprint on me I can still see her smile even now as I bite into my burrito....mmmmmm..... Thank you for all that you do you...

Went through drive through placed an order and this location cashier was unable to process a TACO BELL gift card I was advised its not going through and if I have cash I had not brought another card, cash with me as I was not expecting the outcome. I asked if they can try and process again but there seems to have been an issue. I asked for a Manager and was sitting at the drive through for a long time I was then asked to move around and the manager will be with me I waited for about 25 minuted until I went inside and was asking for Manager on shift he was not so helpful I asked for the manage above him and he advised she was on Vacation then just trying to get into contact with some one at this store so they can check the terminal and or see what was going on the Lady Manager then told me that I probably I don't have No money on the card I told her I checked and there is funds on the card, I have used it prior and it was ok the card was even purchased at her location she didn't want to take accountability that she may have an issue with her terminal she then said there was No issue again not taking into accountability there was an error. It was over 1 hour trying to get things resolved and to get the corporate and or owners number so I can report this issue and experience. It was an AWFUL experience with...
