McDonald's — Restaurant in Palm Bay

This is a new review on top of my old review you can read my older view on the bottom once again I tried this McDonald's and I sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes with someone just at a very low tone of voice that you could barely hear them saying the word hello waiting about 2 more minutes even though you were trying to talk to them and make an order and saying the same thing again over and over and would not listen I pulled around I went inside no one would take my order no one was at the counter everybody's in there acting as unprofessional as you could imagine they were touching their face and their hair and their clothes and then touching food people didn't have gloves on touching food none of the dress attire was even followed properly you had pants sagging with underwear out hats spun around sideways people cracking dirty jokes and saying nasty words I could get no one to take my order if there were people in the lobby screaming and yelling no one was asking them to even be quiet or considerate of anybody else again the store was the most dirty disgusting store I have ever been to and I'm not lying here this is an honest to God review it has nothing to do with me being upset even with the service, on top of that when I asked for someone to please take my order I was told I had to hold on a second that they be busy out back and can't be taking my order that's how it was spoken to me I would advise anyone that wants to go to this McDonald's I think again eitger for the fear of food poisoning or the absolute disrespectful nasty customer service and I can't believe that the owner of this franchise restaurant would not even respond to review or try to fix their store it has got nothing but worse over the years period here's my old review

This is probably our 20th+ visit to this location. ONLY because the littles enjoy the play area and for the most part it's locally the cleanest. HOWEVER, the staff and management team or lack there of are some of the rudest and laziest employees that I've EVER dealt with. Mind you, if this was a one time experience I wouldn't be so harsh but it's not. This visit alone, I approached the cashier ready with our order and was told I had to wait because the person before me was using a free item game ticket and it needed manager approval..... NOT 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience but......' Additionally there was NO ice in the fountain machine, at all. I've asked 4x for ice to be added along with multiple other customer's. Upon doing so various staff have taken our cups each time and put ice in them. PLEASE see below photo of their idea of putting ice in a cup (I was under the impression that the depression era was over). My finger marks the level of ice they've so generously provided. My sandwich and our fries were not even warm, why didn't I return them you ask? Well, there was a line ten deep (no exaggeration) because management decided it was a good time to change drawers out and chat with the 1 cashier that was actually working, whilst the other cashier was putting her friend or brother or bf or husband's order ahead of everyone else WITH THE female MANAGER'S KNOWLEDGE..... Moving forward... I interrupted them after not only the manager but THREE other employees literally looked me in the eyes and saw me standing there needing something but walked past me yet didn't EVEN acknowledge my presence. I asked for a knife to cut my cold sandwich, they were decent enough to 'toss the silverware pack on the counter' where I was standing..... Fast forward another 30 minutes... STILL no ice. If it were not for the play area we'd avoid this place due to the rude and lazy employees and...

I walked in at 4:40 pm.. I stood by the register patiently when always appeared to be the manager a bond mid wight lady nicely asked me to use the keyos.. self ordering screen were I then kindly told her I would like to not use the the self ordering screen. She then told me that she was not allowed to use the regular register which I know was not true.. but I agreed and started to place my order.. she came to help and insisted on doing it for me.. I asked her for 1 big Mac combot.. she placed 2 combos and asked me if those 2 big Mac combos was all I wanted to order.. I then corrected her saying that I only need 1 combo.. she then changed her tone and rolled her eyes and said, you said 2 big macs.. I reply led you must of hurd me wrong please only one.. she then called me a lair and said I didn't say that.. trying to argue with me.. when I stopped her and asked if she eas having a bad day in a very soft spoken respectful way.. she then told me.. to leave... and that she won't take my order... I placed the order myself and chose cash payment and waited at the register were she then raised her voice and told me to leave or that she would call the cops.. I then told her I would leave but not before telling her in front of her staff in a respectful tone.. you are not fit to lead staff or handle customers.. I told her that what she did was unprofessional and disrespectful.. may I add she did all this in front of a family of 5 with 3 little kids who walked out not wanting to be served after the way she treated me.. I then left.. it's sad because I am a chef.. I manage 321 go pizza next to the airforce base.. and I would never treat anyone this was yet alone let my...
