I’m not even the one to write reviews, even bad ones, so if this doesn’t warn you then I don’t know what will. I don’t live by this location but I was in the area so I ordered for pickup at 4:10 which was their earliest time. I get there 4:19 and my food wasn’t ready. As someone who used to work in food service, I know how it is to fall behind so I was patient. While I was waiting, there was other people having problems at this location. One lady seemed to be working for a delivery service and waiting a long time, another delivery driver was told someone took his food and wasn’t even offered an option to remake it, another lady’s transaction was messed up, and another guys food was wrong. Despite this, I already paid for the food and decided to continue waiting. I haven’t eaten all day and was becoming nauseous so I had no choice. 30+ minutes later, I finally get my food which I had to ASK the cashier to get. My first main problem is ASKING the cashier for my order that I placed ONLINE for PICKUP. Why is there a pickup area if the food is just going to be left behind the counter and you have to ask for it? I got my food and was getting napkins and utensils and my chips were missing. I was trying so hard not to be frustrated with the cashier but seeing as what I’ve gone through so far it was hard not to. I told him my chips were missing and he says something along the lines of “we don’t have anymore.” So here’s where my second main problem lies. You didn’t think to A. Tell a manager, B. Tell people who ordered online about the situation, or C. Ask your coworkers if there was anymore? Absolute foolishness. At that point I just took what I had and left the restaurant. As I mentioned earlier, I was nauseous so I didn’t check my food thoroughly I just needed to get home to eat. Upon further inspection they put pinto beans and fajita veggies on my damn bowl. I did not ask for those on my bowl. If you have the screen telling you exactly what I wanted highlighted in blue on the bowl how the hell you still get it wrong? I proceeded to have to hand pick out the beans and fajita veggies so I could eat. And if that doesn’t put the icing on the cake, I paid through a gift card so I couldn’t be refunded only given rewards. Moral of the story is: Don’t order from this location. Take the extra few minutes drive and go to the other location on PGA, the one in the Gardens Mall, or even the way in Juno. Either way, do not waste your time going here because you’ll be met with nothing but disappointment and...
Read moreThis is one of the new "Chipotlane" locations. The plaza is still under construction so something might change but it appears to be pickup orders only. There were very few parking places that seemed intended for the employees. The location is definitely smaller than a typical Chipotle. Seems to be just a kitchen and a pickup up window for online/mobile orders. Personally I think that's great and better reflects what people are looking for from a quick meal in 2021. I'd definitely rather spend a few bucks extra for better quality food if it's provided just as quickly as the traditional "fast food" junk being sold elsewhere.
Placed my order with the app. Was given a pickup time about 5 minutes later. I arrived about 15 minutes later. The pickup lane was clearly marked. No stupid signs or useless order boards, just a large sign directing me to the window. Food was hot and ready to go, packaged in a sealed heavy brown paper bag with the individual items clearly labeled how I'd selected in the mobile app. The employee at the window was friendly and confirmed my order with me which is such a simple thing but so many places don't bother.
Would love to see more of these. Quite frankly using a mobile app typically results in less errors or other drama vs dealing face to face with employees that sometimes don't have a lot of "real world" work experience. I'm sure the feeling is mutual as I have absolutely no doubt that many of the employees would rather deal with customers as little as possible as well. Seems like a no brainer to me. They get paid, I get fed and everyone walks away happier than they were 10...
Read moreI ordered online for pick-up 4 times from this location. The first 3 were good so I figured all these negative reviews were just overblowing things out of proportion. My 4th was horrible though and I am never returning back to this location again.
So what happened? I placed an order online for pick-up, once home I discovered 1. The quesadilla that had fajita veggies and no cheese had cheese but no veggies. The person it was for can't eat cheese. 2. The second item was a burrito bowl missing half the items, it ended up being white rice, guac and sour cream. Basically, we would need to get food from somewhere else because this was not suitable for dinner.
First thing I did was call the location. Ended up calling them 5 times before someone picked up. The person who picked up identified himself as the manager. Apparently they were out of some ingredients that night. Okay so I asked 1. Why didn't you ask if I could get a replacement when I picked up and 2. can I get a refund? Was told rudely that the only solution was to go on the Chipotle website and request a refund. I did. And 3 weeks later no one has reached out to me, no resolution.
So a word of caution. If you order online and they run out of items, you will get what they do have for the same price and no one will ask you if you'd like a replacement. And you will never get your money back. So I'd suggest avoiding this location. Maybe even all Chipotle locations because the corporate office doesn't seem to...
