Adrian, the Assistant General Manager, is truly one of a kind. She is warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful, always making us feel like valued friends, not just customers. She consistently goes above and beyond, never rushes a conversation, and takes the time to understand our needs and preferences. What really sets her apart is the personal attention she gives. Adrian remembers small details about our lives, helped my husband pull off an AMAZING surprise piece for me recently, and always greets us with a smile that feels genuine and welcoming.
Fernando, the lead jeweler, is equally impressive. His craftsmanship is outstanding! Every piece he works on reflects not only skill but true artistry. He understands our style perfectly and takes the time to ensure every detail is just right. Weāve even had moments where heās stepped away from his workbench just to personally ask if weāre happy with a piece. That kind of pride in his work and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and so appreciated!

This store embodies the money and soul sucking entity called Jared The Galleria of Jewelry. At first, I went to the Jared vault in West Palm Beach and bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I had already paid off the ring (around $4500) within a month when she realized that the diamond had a flaw and there was a black spot inside the diamond. This was not there when I had purchased the ring. She took it to the Jared location in Stuart to have it cleaned. They said they couldn't get the black spot out of the diamond and said they would exchange it for a completely new diamond.
They then proceeded to open up an account in my fiancee's name and charged the whole ring on the account. They then credited the wrong account for the first ring that I had purchased. Needless to say, I have been to three different Jared stores to resolve the issue and get the correct account credited.
They then charged $75 in interest when it was supposed to be 12 months no interest on the account. I had to make another trip to another Jared to get this fixed. Getting engaged is supposed to be a happy time in a couple's life, but Jared The soul sucking Galleria of Jewelry has completely ruined the experience.
I have been to 3 different Jared locations at least seven or eight times to get all these problems corrected. None of the locations are close to my residence. They are over a half hour to 40 minutes away. I will never shop at another Jared location again. I tell all my friends about how horrible Jared's is and to avoid it all costs. Worst experience ever. Do not ruin your relationship or the joys of getting engaged because of this horrible institution.

   Read moreI urge everyone to stay away! My fiancé bought a custom engagement band from the palm beach garden's location. First, the band came back two sizes too large - the custom order stated my correct size and they had my size on file. When I brought the ring in for re-sizing they ruined the platinum band and tried to give it back to me lopsided with a very obvious line on the band from where it had been cut and sealed again. The band had so destroyed a manager put in an order for a brand new band to replace their in-house mistake. The new band had not arrived for over two weeks. When we called for an update they promised us that it would be overnighted and reset in time for our engagement party. This did not happen, in fact, when we called a week later for another update, a separate manager told us that they never overnighted a new band and that someone at the store lied and made up a story that it had not shipped due to a hurricane. It has been a month since they've had my ring - as a newly engaged woman you can imagine how upsetting this situation is and after finding out multiple store team members and managers have been stringing us along and lying to put us at ease, without actually fixing the situation. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE, anyone from ever going to this store. If you love your woman, want any quality, or customer service, don't go to Jareds! Long story short, today we got a full refund, took our original diamond back to get it set somewhere else, and will NEVER RETURN to this store or deal with these people again. Save yourself,...
