McDonald's — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

🤯🤯Little kid running around in the back of the restaurant 😯😯🤔😮😳🤯 First I sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting and waiting saying hello are you all going to take my order anybody there nothing after 10 minutes I just decide to drive off I look there's nobody in the drive-thru at all so that didn't settle right with me so I go inside to be not friendly greeted by a woman when I ask for the manager she goes yeah that's me I told her what the problem was she got on the headset and ask somebody why they weren't taking the orders apparently because he was sitting down and eating lunch cuz I saw him and she told him he had to take the orders and then started speaking in Creole and then said yeah well I can help you at that point I was so agitated I gave her my order and she was steadily tapping her nails like she was being bothered or like I needed to hurry up so I said to my son we got to hurry up cuz she seems to be in a rush and then she said don't take my patience for a kindness and then proceeded to go in the back of the restaurant and say f and white people and ranting and raving I started a video tape her she then started videotaping me I then got my food and in paranoid to even eat it so I tossed our drinks because I don't know what they could have done to them the fries are literally half frozen I have pictures literally half frozen and we ordered lodges and we did not get largest I'm just very upset by this I've never encounted a customer service manager like her and for there to be a small child running around in the back of a restaurant that needs to be investigated because that right there is a violation of so many big...

Look, I'm no primadonna. I'm not expecting any McDonald's to be some sort of fancy, white tablecloth restaurant that serves the freshest of locally-grown products... Especially on a busy Saturday night. Simply put, the staff were awesome and the food was horrible. I wish it were better. After all, who wants horrible food?

I understand that this must be a busy location on Saturday evenings, but the dining room was closed at 10pm and everyone was being served through one lane of the drive-thru. There was about a ten minute wait until we got to the ordering menu. Still the ordering process went smoothly and easily, and the person who took my order was friendly, patient and helpful. Couldn't really have asked for more.

Pulling up to the window, payment went well and, once again, the cashier was fantastic. The issues came when we pulled away and attempted to eat our food. The McRibs and Quarter Pounder were waaaaayyyyyy beyond overcooked. Anything made of meat was unfortunately dry as sawdust and like chewing on shoe leather. It was, like I said in the beginning, horrible.

Maybe this place is better when it's less busy. I dunno? From here on out, I'll just avoid this location. There's plenty of other fast food surrounding this location, and another McDonald's within a five minute drive away. If your want friendly service and abysmal food, then this is your place. But if you want something you'll enjoy eating without such a long wait, go...

For the life of me I cannot understand why and you're in the drive-thru it's only a possibility of one to two you get up to the window and somebody always says what did you order instead of saying did you get the Big Mac meal or the iced tea obviously there's only going to be one to two items since there's only two lanes possibility but it just went through the drive-thru 7:00 she said what did you order and I said big back meal oh did you want not want fries she said I said ma'am Big Mac meal I thought you did hear me okay and then she shuts the window on me instead of smiling and saying I'm sorry or whatever you could see her go over and looks like she's picking up a Big Mac meal and instead she puts a Big Mac in a bag and hands it to me I said no ma'am Big Mac meal can I have your receipt please and then she takes the receipt like she didn't believe what I said and goes over there she comes back and shuts the window in my face doesn't say let me get the manager clueless I I don't know what's going on I finally asked her could you get the manager The manager comes over and he looks like a deer in headlights what did you order then he asked me all over again what did I order after I just told her Big back meal can I see your receipt here we go again with the receipt so then I give them the receipt and I'm sitting there and they still say okay let me see where that is It's only one of two places what's going...
