September 15, 2021 update -
It's a couple of months since I last ordered here and given the experience I had tonight, I'm never going back. It's really a surprise because I never had an issues in the last with this location.
The problem began when we parked in the curbside pickup area 15 feet and a plate glass window away from the 4 person crew and the front door.
We waited 10 minutes after replying to the email responding that we had arrived. There was no movement on the end of the staff, who were just milling around and even one went on break out the side door but in clear view of us. So we eventually went in to find our food was ready the entire time we been waiting. When we asked why they didn't respond to the notification, the young lady said that they don't get a notification. When we pointed to our car obviously parked in the curbside pickup area, she responded by saying that we would have to have come in to sign the receipt anyway, even though we paid online. So what's the point of offering curbside? Oh, and the crew were either not wearing masks, or wearing them improperly down of their chins.
And I should have inspected the pizzas before we left because they were all messed up. The double pepperoni Chicago style pizza literally had 11 pieces of pepperoni on it. 11!
And the Supreme pizza we ordered was cooked so lightly that it was raw, doughy and undercooked... And there was no flavoring on the crust as requested AND there were hot peppers on it for some unknown reason.
I grabbed the receipt to submit a survey to corporate but found that the receipt lacked the code necessary to even submit a survey in the first place!
What the h@$&, Pizza Hut!?
Seriously.

I can't speak to the delivery experience regarding this Pizza Hut location, but as someone who has repeatedly used their curbside pickup service during Covid, I've been thrilled with their product and service.
The pizzas I've ordered have been made properly and the folks who deal with us customers has been cheerful and friendly every time we've been there, even at the busiest of hours.
My only criticism is that I've sometimes had to wait and additional 5-10 minutes for my order to be ready. While some might find that problematic, I'm not bothered because I've simply had to wait patiently in my car for fresh, hot pizza to be delivered directly to my trunk - what's so bad...

I got a over cooked pizza 🍕 that I ordered online through the app. When I say over cooked, that’s an understatement ‼️ This was the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever seen from Pizza Hut ‼️It was beyond well done‼️ So when I called to get another pizza 🍕 , just because the other one was unacceptable, I got the worst service I think I’ve ever had period ‼️‼️‼️ First I got told by the manager that was very rude by the way, that that’s how the pizzas come. I said that this can’t be how they come. The pizza was so far beyond well done that it wasn’t acceptable. He told me that I’m wrong and that is how they come. So I told him I would like a full refund then. He said ok and put me on hold for over 30 minutes until someone else picked up the phone and asked me what I’d like to order. I told this other person that I’m waiting on a refund. Immediately after that in the background someone starting making loud noises and screaming so nothing could be said or heard for seconds at a time. Absolutely juvenile type behavior!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. So as I tried to say something it kept happening. I started recording the conversation so I could report this behavior to corporate office and something could hopefully be done about this. These people need to be reported for sure. I wouldn’t ever trust people like this making any kind of food for me at all. I was shocked and amazed from the treatment I was given !!! Read moreWhen I arrived there there was nobody on the counter. I waited and another lady came in behind me and then two more people behind them. Finally we rang the bell for assistance. I looked at the oven and I saw two pizzas that had come out in the oven and was hoping they weren’t mine as they were getting cold. Finally what looked like the manager came out and asked for my name printed out a receipt and she said your pizza is still in the oven. After that, she got the gentleman behind me name and then she went to the oven and pulled the two pizzas off the oven and put it on a green rack and grabbed the man’s pizza off the oven and gave it to him. Next, she started taking people’s orders meanwhile, there’s two pizza's are still on the green rack. Another person comes to pick up their order and she grabs that off the oven and gives it to them. Finally, she goes back to the green rack boxes up those two pizzas and gives it to me. So this whole time I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes after my order promised done and the pizzas were already done and she skipped me by getting people pizza right off the oven. My pizza was cold and to top it off, I paid extra for extra toppings, specifically mushrooms, and as you can see, I got a whole two mushrooms per slice of pizza. The place is very understaffed. Seems like the manager was running everything. There was another employee, but she seemed pretty clueless.
