Good food but they need to make sure all their staff knows what is gluten free or not. I hoped to have this conversation with a manager but they seemed too busy to really acknowledge me, so I am leaving a review here for them to read. Both my mom and I ordered wraps (I ordered mine gluten free) and when the server brought us our food, she placed down a wrap in front of me and when I asked if it was gluten-free (I just like to double check) she said yes. I felt so sick after I left, so I came back an hour or so later to ask if the spinach wrap they gave me was gluten-free and they said it was not. The person I asked had to check with the general manager, and then they reported back to me that it was not. So I just think the server did not know & the person I later asked did not know until they asked a manager. They have a lot of vegan and gluten-free items at this place, so I thought that the staff might be more knowledgeable about it. I wasn’t looking for a refund, I just wanted to tell them their servers need to know what is gluten-free or not. I ended up just leaving because no one was really coming to talk to me about it, I felt sick, and they just kept asking if I had a receipt. But like I said, I did not want a refund. I just wanted them to know what kind of mistake they made so no one else with food sensitivities gets sick there. Unfortunately, people with food sensitivities really rely on the servers to serve them the correct food. I was just disappointed today that I thought I did everything to check, and I was still given the wrong item & told the...

I am extremely upset as I have ordered on the phone at 1:25pm, they told me in 10 -15 minutes will be ready for pick up. I have arrived 15 minutes before 2pm, the order was not ready. The little "gentleman" says I need to wait in line, as it is not obvious I will but I just politely asked if the to go is ready. After I wait, get to casher, the screen prompts out to tip. Pay at 2pm. I tip as I always do, and while I was putting my receipt and card in my bag, the little "gentleman" is sending messages by eye contact to his coworker, like I am dumb or something, I felt out of place. They stopped once I looked at them as do you need to tell something? Nobody was waiting behind me, so what is their problem? I always order delivery from Field of Greens and now before going to work, I said I would pick it up. Order online so you can wait 30 minutes to receive the order. Unpleasant experience. Bad customer service. I regret that I even tipped. .......................................................... Reply to your message: Thank you for answering. I just wanted to point out that the food was not ready and he was not nice, as I didn't do anything wrong. I said thank you and tipped because that's how it should be. I am not bothered by the prompt tip. That is normal for any restaurant that is using that paying system. I was just explaining when and...

I’m a huge fan of Field of Greens and have been a loyal customer for years. I usually avoid writing reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up due to the consistent drop in quality.

I order the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap at least twice a week. It’s not cheap—by the time I pay for delivery, I’m spending nearly $25 for one wrap. For a long time, it was worth it. The wraps used to be generously filled—so packed I needed two hands just to hold half of one. But over the past month, every single wrap I’ve received has been disappointingly small—practically child-sized. There's barely any filling.

At first, I thought maybe it was just an off day. But it's been consistent. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, and it feels like the kitchen is deliberately cutting corners. Why? I’m paying premium prices for what now feels like a snack. Honestly, my 4-year-old nephew could eat the whole thing and still be hungry.

I even took the time to call and speak with two separate managers. Both insisted that “the wraps are always the same size.” I respectfully disagree. I’ve been a regular customer for years—I know what these wraps used to look and feel like. The difference is drastic and undeniable.

At the end of the day, I shouldn't still be hungry after eating a $25 wrap. I'm frustrated and disappointed, and unless things change, I won’t be...

Tasty, fast, friendly! You may need to wait to get a table during lunch service as seating is limited. This was my second visit with a celiac person in our group. Though the kitchen has many gluten-free options (mostly salads), they didn't seem prepared when asked about celiac safety. It didn't appear they had a separate prep area and that may make food service potentially unsafe for those with celiac. That said, neither of the celiac persons had gluten symptoms after lunch. And they both said their BBQ salad lunches were delicious. Highly recommend for foodies seeking a tasty meal or a nutritious smoothie!

For two years in a row, my best friend and I have visited Palm Beach for a week and have gotten Field of Greens for lunch 80% of the time. We will eat the Full of Life salad for 5 days straight and not only not be sick of it, but actively look forward to it every day! It’s so good I’ve even developed a recipe for the honey basil dressing so I can recreate the salad at home. I can’t stress how wonderful and special this spot is. A true must-go lunch restaurant in the area.

Love this place! Friendly staff-delicious smoothies-great homemade almond butter. Stopped in for a late morning smoothie and wanted a small snack. They didn’t have an almond butter and jelly sandwich on their menu, but were happy to make one for me. Their multigrain bread is thick sliced and delicious as is their homemade almond butter and their fig jam. One of the best pb&j I have ever eaten! A great snack-much appreciated.
