I called and ordered a large pizza half extra cheese and half deluxe. I received a large cheese pizza without half being deluxe and the additional toppings. I called up and requested if I could give them the wrong pizza back and please have my ordered fullfilled correctly. The first employee said that he couldn't make that decision and said he would speak to a manager. The "manager" then got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't correct the issue and that I ordered the pizza. He was incredibly rude and immature. I wasnt asking for free food or any special accommodations,all I wanted was the food I correctly ordered. He then proceeded to ask me what was the name of the employee that took my order( like I knew what his name is) because he was right and I was wrong. This store clearly shouldn't have this individual managing the business. Mistakes happen and I was more than willing to wait for another pizza to be delivered and give them the wrong order back but before I could get another word in he declared he would hang up on me and then did! Hire better help. The dominos disclosure clearly states on the website if you aren't satisfied with your experience we will get the order right or refund your money. I was granted neither. Read moreI placed an order online for cash. They show up promptly after stating they called to inform me they can’t accept my bill. Which they did not. The poor driver trying to call his manager WHO WILL NOT ANSWER. I call the store 10 times. No answer. We’re trying to pay with my card over the phone. How am I to receive the pizza if they don’t answer for payment? This takes place over about 7-10 minutes. I denied the pizzas. This place is ridiculous. The other day I placed an order for carry out. Went when it was ready saw it placed on the shelf. Waited almost 20 minutes while the poor cashier dealt with another customer who was placing orders for today and multiple days in advance?! She was trying coupons and -5$ cards the pizza was for other people who’d be paying the day they pick up etc. It was agonizing watching the cashier walk away to ask the manager who could care less about the situation for a solution. What she should have done was take over and have the cashier help other guest. ME. Was not acknowledged by any associate nor the manager. The lady finally gave up and wasn’t served completely either walked outside to figure something out. THANKFULLY. I walk back in get my pizza in 5secs because it was already paid for and am on my way. Read moreI tired to order a pizza from this location. I was placed on hold then after waiting on hold for ten mins, was hung up on. I called three more times before someone finally answered the phone with a total attitude when I informed the individual the situation at hand that he wanted to place me back I hold. I informed him if he was not going to hang up on me again. He then told me to use the app and it would get done quicker. After I informed him that I want to speak to the manager and what his name was "Randy" he would not inform me of his last name, so that I could file a complaint with their corporate head quarters. Even thou he was speaking to the individual. He then placed me on hold and I was hung up on again. I am writing this review for Randy to inform him that he should be retrained in customer service or staff more people during busy hours. So that you do not negate customers because you are under staffed or unable to do your assigned tasks. Like speak to a unhappy customer. Review poor management skills.
