Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Desert

Last week I placed an order for a stuffed crust pizza and when I got home I noticed I didn’t have a stuffed crust pizza. They offered to remake it for me and I would be able to pick it up whenever I’d like. A week later which is today. I called and spoke to the staff and I placed my order for the stuffed crust pizza which was a remake of the mistake that they had previously made. I placed my order at 6:44pm, I was told that my order would be done in 15-20mins. I arrived at 7:35pm to pick up my pizza and they never put my order in. The employees need to work on their communication skills and be attentive to the orders they are placing. This is very unprofessional and regardless of the establishment everyone should hold themselves with integrity and performing the best at their job. Sorry guys, today's visit was a big disappointment. Who doesn't love a great pizza at a great price? And when you advertise hot and ready, well, that's even better. So I've been seeing this comercial on tv about a smokehouse pizza that looks and sounds amazing. So at dinnertime I thought I'd just walk in and buy this pizza which is advertised hot and ready right? Wrong! Not only did I have to wait 15+minutes for it, but when I got home, this was the farthest thing from what was pictured on all adertising. Not even close. It was like a cheese pizza with what I can only describe as one third or less covered in pork and bbq sauce. See I wouldn't even mind paying a little bit more, but if you're going to make a great pizza, don't skimp on the ingredients. It's just disappointing. I made a phone ordered they told me 20 minutes when I got there about 10 people were waiting on their order. I waited 10 minutes to even get noticed by a worker and when I told him I came to pick up he told me my order was not even in the system because they were short staffed and I had to wait 35 minutes. No apologies nothing. When I called in to make the order in the first place they should have told me they were backed up and that they couldn’t take my order and later they should have called me to let me know they were going to totally dismiss and ignore my order.
