Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Palm Desert

Don't tell my doctor, but I've had a love affair with fast food restaurants ever since my hormonal teen years back in the Dark Ages.

In my opinion, this Der Wienerschnitzel has the highest standards among ALL the other chains.

Without badmouthing by name, over the years I've had 60 percent of one order left out of the bag; been told that the store was out of ALL the MAIN product they're known for (think chicken); and been told to pull over and wait and then was never brought my order.

Nothing like this has ever happened at this remarkably well-run Der Wienerschnitzel.

The employees are ALWAYS welcoming, friendly, accurate, and professional.

And the chain is not afraid to try new items, which are usually excellent. Besides hot dogs, they've had bratwurst, polish sausages, fish & chips, and more, and their shakes are always thick and tasty.

I highly recommend this Der Wienerschnitzel off Washington and Hovley in Bermuda Dunes for your hot dog and other cravings.

You'll always go home with everything you ordered unless you eat...

Every time I go to this location, the staff is always so pleasant. From the moment you order at the drive-thru to when you get to the window you are greeted with a smile. The food is always hot and freshly made and hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp. They are an example of what other fast food restaurants should be.
