As someone that has had Panda Express throughout the nation and a few outside the country, this is the worst location I’ve eaten at. My family had given it the benefit of the doubt, more than we should have just because it was close to our home. It’s either the food was carelessly made (usually the honey walnut shrimp) or the attitude of the employees. Not to mention the manager, Manny or Manuel, that I have interacted with twice. Once, when he rung my order incorrectly. I ordered a plate with a premium entree. So that would be the price of a plate + $1.50. This location manager charged me for a bigger plate and the premium entree price. I politely informed him that it was incorrect on the screen as for the prices are indicated on the menu board. He told me that the price on the screen was the price of my meal and that it didn’t go based on that, but what is on the register. I was in disbelief and didn’t want to waste any more time arguing his logic. The second time was this evening. There was a line to place orders. The same manager was serving the orders. A few minutes pass and someone that was being rung up was told that they only accepted cash. No staff nor the manager announced that they were cash only. We were informed by that one customer what was about to pay. Everyone ahead of us were rightfully upset. They have waited a great amount of time in line to only be informed that the location was only taking cash. There were no signs indicating so either. The manager yelled defensively to the line of customers, “Do you see how busy we’re are? We just found out!” He didn’t suggest any alternatives on how payments could be made or anything. What a sour attitude. This will be the last time I dine at the location. Read moreWe ordered our meals on the panda express site and choose delivery. Our food arrived with NOT all the items we paid for were delivered. We called the store location who first told us it was not their problem and we should call door dash. I asked would I call door dash when i ordered from Panda Express, paid Panda Express directly and Panda ordered and paid door dash, we did not. After going thru three people on the phone i got Lindsay who said she was the manager. She argued with me and said she knows they gave door dash the correct order and insinuated that door dash stole the food. She claimed "that woman did it". She said she would call door dash to investigate and call us back, which of course never happened. We have no refund, no food and beyond horrible customer service. She then said, "What you see is all we have." I asked, "Are you open till 9:30pm?" She said, "No, 9pm" I asked, "Are you guys atleast gonna make some more chow mein?" She said, "No." I then said, "I have to see if we can eat here, cause my daughter only eats the chow mein." This lady never smiled. Seemed unhappy to be there.
