The 19th Hole — Restaurant in Palm Desert

3/29/16…Service is terrible at night.....used to drink there as well was being a regular there....BUT each time they would run out of the brand I was drinking, it would never get replaced.....their whiskey selection kept shrinking and shrinking till they eventually ran out of any decent brands of whiskey to drink.....I stopped drinking there once they only had bottom shelf alcohols to serve vs the top shelf stuff I had been drinking there......they had Karaoke on certain nights & I hear they will probably get rid of it to have live bands instead (when that time comes I’ll have no other reason to be their customer) the bartender Adrian has allowed the alcohol selection to goto nearly nothing.....His constant excuse to me was either the owner did not want to order that brand anymore to “I don’t which distributor to order from”…being that my family owned a liquor store I would tell him which distributor had that product which Adrian frightfully wondered how I knew which in turn proved to me that he wasn’t ever planning to order…*UPDATE: 11/27/24 I found out all these yrs later that ADRIAN got the owner to sell to him…I bet he purposely ran down the business yrs ago in order to be able to buy it cheap...

BEWARE! We have been to the 19th Hole for happy hour/dinner numerous times. This time though, we were disappointed. Not in the food as it's always great, but in the fact that the menu prices are WAY outdated. For instance, ordered the fish and chips which should have been $12.50. Extra piece of fish for $2.00. We were charged $16.50. Asked to substitute onion rings for the fries for $3.00. Got charged $4.50. Beer and wine pricing was not accurately represented either. When I questioned the bill, the waiter just said "oh our menus are outdated". Made no offer to adjust the check. Also, they charge a fee for non cash payments. You've...

Very crowded and then the nice guy sat us down and we waited for 1/2 hour before anyone came to us and asked for our order. After they took our order another couple sat down and they took their order right away. The service is terrible and when I asked the waitress why the people in front of us got their food first and she got rude and said we are very busy and you have only been waiting 1/2hour. I said no one has even come by to ask or say we know you have to wait I'm sorry. I just think the wrong people are running the place and this one woman was supposed to be the manager. Why can't people be nice......I would never talk to my...
