• Avocado Toast: Creamy, zesty, and piled high with cage-free eggs. A millennial masterpiece. • Million Dollar Bacon: Sweet, spicy, and smoky—this isn’t just bacon, it’s a revelation. • Lemon Ricotta Pancakes: Fluffy clouds of citrus bliss that melt in your mouth. • A.M. Superfoods Bowl: For the health-conscious, it’s a vibrant mix of chia, granola, and fresh fruit that tastes as good as it looks.

As a regular customer who dines at this First Watch location at least 3 times weekly with my family, I feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience involving my son's recent visit.
The service we encountered was completely inconsistent with our usual experiences here. The waiter displayed unprofessional behavior, failing to greet my son and his friend upon arrival. Throughout their visit, the server was noticeably irritated, taking deep sighs and using curt phrases like "what do you want" when taking their order. This treatment made two young customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
When I attempted to address this issue with management, the situation became even more concerning. A Chelsey initially misrepresented herself as the manager. When I indicated that I knew the actual manager, I was placed on hold, only to return to the call with threats to contact law enforcement for "harassment" - an extreme and unnecessary response to a customer attempting to provide feedback about poor service.
This interaction represents a significant departure from the usual quality we've come to expect from First Watch. While we've enjoyed countless positive experiences here in the past, this incident and particularly the staff's hostile response to feedback has made us question our continued patronage.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously and provide better training to staff on both customer service and handling customer concerns...

First, the service was excellent. Our server was very attentive. We sat at a table with a full view of the kitchen and we actually talked about how the staff had such a good vibe. They all looked professional yet casual/relaxed and seemed to have consistent positive energy. (Not that I expect servers to be painfully happy all the time or whatever, but you know what I mean.)
Second, and most important, the drinks and food were top notch, Honestly I was a little worried when it came out because they aren't as piled up as your typical cheap American diner but it was perfect. We still left stuffed. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and "million dollar" bacon and I had the mushroom and swiss omelet with a glass of "purple haze." I originally wanted to try the citrus hibiscus punch but they were out. Happy mistake because it was the most delicious drink I've ever had in my life. I took a picture of the ingredients to try and make it at home.
100/10 would recommend. We will be back if we are in...
