🌞 First Watch: A Morning Marvel That Never Misses

If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then First Watch is the crown jewel of morning dining. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm aroma of fresh coffee, sizzling bacon, and citrusy sunshine pouring through the windows. The vibe? Cozy, modern, and welcoming—like your favorite brunch spot and your best friend’s kitchen rolled into one.

🍳 Menu Magic

• Avocado Toast: Creamy, zesty, and piled high with cage-free eggs. A millennial masterpiece. • Million Dollar Bacon: Sweet, spicy, and smoky—this isn’t just bacon, it’s a revelation. • Lemon Ricotta Pancakes: Fluffy clouds of citrus bliss that melt in your mouth. • A.M. Superfoods Bowl: For the health-conscious, it’s a vibrant mix of chia, granola, and fresh fruit that tastes as good as it looks.

🌿 Freshness First

Everything is made to order with seasonal ingredients. No deep fryers, no heat lamps—just real food, real fast. Their juices, like the Morning Meditation (orange, lemon, turmeric, beet), are as energizing as they are Instagram-worthy.

🧡 Service & Atmosphere

The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, making you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Whether you’re dining solo or with family, the ambiance is relaxed and cheerful—perfect for lingering over coffee or diving into a hearty skillet.

⭐ Final Verdict

First Watch isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a ritual. A place where mornings begin with flavor, freshness, and a little bit of joy. If you’re lucky enough to have one nearby, you’re already winning at life.

Want me to turn this into a social media post, a Yelp review, or even a love letter to...

As a regular customer who dines at this First Watch location at least 3 times weekly with my family, I feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience involving my son's recent visit.

The service we encountered was completely inconsistent with our usual experiences here. The waiter displayed unprofessional behavior, failing to greet my son and his friend upon arrival. Throughout their visit, the server was noticeably irritated, taking deep sighs and using curt phrases like "what do you want" when taking their order. This treatment made two young customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

When I attempted to address this issue with management, the situation became even more concerning. A Chelsey initially misrepresented herself as the manager. When I indicated that I knew the actual manager, I was placed on hold, only to return to the call with threats to contact law enforcement for "harassment" - an extreme and unnecessary response to a customer attempting to provide feedback about poor service.

This interaction represents a significant departure from the usual quality we've come to expect from First Watch. While we've enjoyed countless positive experiences here in the past, this incident and particularly the staff's hostile response to feedback has made us question our continued patronage.

I hope management will take this feedback seriously and provide better training to staff on both customer service and handling customer concerns...

Husband and I were in the area for a golf tournament at Innisbrook resort and decided to stop here for a late breakfast on our way back to the other side of the state. The ratings/reviews don't lie! They earn it.

First, the service was excellent. Our server was very attentive. We sat at a table with a full view of the kitchen and we actually talked about how the staff had such a good vibe. They all looked professional yet casual/relaxed and seemed to have consistent positive energy. (Not that I expect servers to be painfully happy all the time or whatever, but you know what I mean.)

Second, and most important, the drinks and food were top notch, Honestly I was a little worried when it came out because they aren't as piled up as your typical cheap American diner but it was perfect. We still left stuffed. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and "million dollar" bacon and I had the mushroom and swiss omelet with a glass of "purple haze." I originally wanted to try the citrus hibiscus punch but they were out. Happy mistake because it was the most delicious drink I've ever had in my life. I took a picture of the ingredients to try and make it at home.

100/10 would recommend. We will be back if we are in...

I ordered the Eggs Benedict BLT. It was a flop. The bacon was good. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Dang good bacon. The hollandaise sauce was awful, just god awful. Probably the worst I've had. The tomatoes weren't ripe. They were green in the middle and througout. Avocados were good but it did not come with much avocado at all. The ciabatta bread was a pretty bad idea, it should have come cut in half, but regardless it just gets soggy and disintegrated as soon as some sauce was added. The potatoes that came with the order were also very gross. Like someone was trying to make some gross potatoes on purpose. There was a weird combination of seasoning on them that ruined them. They honestly would have been better plain and dry. This place was a huge disappointment after seeing the pictures, and it's rather expensive for some below average tasting food.
