Dunkin' — Restaurant in Palm Harbor

Wow, I can't tell you how excited my family was when we heard Dunkin was opening right down the street from us. Dunkin is the only coffee I will drink outside my own home (and even there I brew Dunkin.) Today I had the chance to check out for the first time, thanks to my son who missed the bus. I decided to walk in to see the interior and there were no cars parked outside, so I gave it a whirl. I was greeted by a chaotic and very sweaty, tattooed man. He asked me what I wanted and as I was ordering he interrupted me several times, making me feel extremely rushed (mind you, I was the only patron in the store, and maybe 3 cars in the to-go line outside.) I purchased a hot coffee, 2 donuts and bagel sandwich. I surprised my husband with the bagel sandwich and when I just asked him how it was he was afraid to tell me because he knew I was already upset about the disappointing experience I had just had. His exact words were "the sandwich is tasteless and the bagel is definitely from yesterday!" I don't want to say that I'll never go again, but I truly hope they work these kinks out soon!

P.S. There were 4 people working and 3 of them looked absolutely miserable. One was actually complaining and whining and nobody was smiling. I hope working for Dunkin isn't really...

I don't do reviews often but I think the company needs to look into this location. I was so excited when they started building a Dunkin' donuts right outside my neighborhood. There is no fast food type places within walking distance. I have gone in the morning a few times now and unfortunately the food has been expensive and not good each time. I have had the coffee, refreshers, hot meals and the donuts. The only thing that is good is the refreshers. Well thinking about it now it's pretty hard to mess up lemonade with other fruit syrup. The donuts did not taste fresh, in fact seem like they are from the morning previous. They are soggy and dense. When I got the hot meal it seems like it was thrown in the microwave and sat under a heat lamp. The coffee did taste very sweet but I know the goodness of the coffees usually change from location to location because of the employees making it. The employees were kind but they did not seem very happy to be there. They did not rush me when I was making my decision which I appreciated, as well as answered my questions on what is in particular drinks. After visiting the Dunkin Donuts on 2641 U.S. 19 Alternate Crystal Beach, FL 34683 I am shocked at the way the employees handled my order. I ordered 3 hash browns of which I received two and then they explained they’d get my last order. They threw a bag of hash browns on the floor then handed me said bag with 3 orders inside. Additionally they got my order wrong of my bagel. Once explained that I would pay the difference if they didn’t charge me correctly they told me to pull to the parking spot and someone would bring it out. After 10 minutes of waiting I went in and asked where the sandwich was at said point the employee told me they would not be making it. So not only did I not get my sandwich but they wouldn’t make it. They charged me for a bagel and never gave me that either. I don’t understand how employees could be so rude and lack of care of food by throwing it on the floor as well.
