Enjoyed the fresh foods here. Friendly service. Miso soup had fresh green onions which was a nice change of pace. The tuna tataki was nicely prepared and served on a bed of julienned carrots. The salmon roe was buttery and fresh. Beloved ordered a hand roll and said it was delicious. Average saki. No jasmine tea here but the green tea was hot and warmed me up on a rare chilly day. Saw signs advertising the grill, though that doesn’t seem currently available. Maybe it’s on special occasions? One was covered with Rc cars. Other signs advertised bubble tea and a variety of desserts like matcha fried cheesecake. Very friendly service. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend and plan to return soon. Ample free parking. No wait time on a Saturday night. Wheelchair friendly set up. Kid...

Yama-Taiyo Japanese Cuisine is a delightful discovery for anyone craving authentic Japanese fare. Their takeout service is exceptional, providing a wonderful opportunity to enjoy their culinary creations in the comfort of your own home.

The highlight of my takeout experience was the teriyaki chicken, which was nothing short of spectacular. Even after the journey home, the chicken retained its juiciness and tenderness. The teriyaki sauce was a masterpiece - a perfect balance of sweet and savory with a delicate smokiness that enhanced the flavor of the chicken without overwhelming it. It’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients, and the care they put into their cooking shines through...

I have been going to this restaurant since it was a tiny place across the street where publix is now. My concern is first impressions, admittedly the food is great BUT when you walk up to the front door and see Christmas decorations STILL up and its the end of May that tells me that the management does not pay attention to details, big red flag when you are eating raw seafood. That needs to be taken care of immediately IMO. It does appear that every time I go there now its empty. There was always a wait to get seated. First...

First off I want to apologize and say thank you to the staff for opening their doors when they were closed before dinner. According to the hours listed in Google they were open but when we got there unbeknownst to me that they had closed for some down time before dinner. But they still opened their doors and allowed me and my family to have some really good food. It was the first time my aunt had tried pad thai and she said it was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed it.

This place is my go to for the area, it's amazing. Peaceful atmosphere, kind service, reasonable prices. The food (especially the sushi) is DELICIOUS, and they give you an extremely generous amount of meat in your sushi. The presentation of the food is always adorable, they have so many different types of sushi boats and plates your food may come on. Cute small business, please go support it!
