Shlomo Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I used to love Shlomos restaurant. My Fiance and I would go every single night when we moved to the area, he even let us place some business cards in there for my Life coaching and personal training .

Things started to get weird after a couple of weeks and we realized that he Gossips about a lot of the regulars that work in the plaza and people that come into the store .

He would smile at them , but call them racial slurs when they walked out the door.

He ended up saying something inappropriate to my fiance when I wasnt there , so I went and respectfully addressed it and he said "no hard feelings" but then proceeded to bully us for the last two weeks. We were in between homes at the time and working in the plaza and he tried to report them to the office to get them in trouble making false claims saying that they were letting us sleep in their store.

When I finally addressed him after two weeks of him trying to bully us , he got upset and was about to attempt to strike me and threaten to call the police , after he was aggressive with me , which my fiance recorded the whole thing, but I cannot post it here due to Profanity.

I really cared for Georges and it hurt my heart that he treated us that way. Despite us always being kind and respectful to him. He also got upset because he was telling lies about several people at locals business in the plaza , but when they approached him, he chose not to be a man , but a deceitful liar and not stand on what he said .

I don't hate you Georges , but you are nothing like you portray to be, its purely an act for people to like you and you're very insecure . God bless you and I hope he changes your heart.

We wanted to help with your bike drive and believed in you, but shortly found out , you only do it to brag about doing it .

Thats all I have . The food is ok, not the best but for the price , we ate it almost daily before going to a different Gyro place across the street , which we felt was the better option. They just don't have the same type of hours.

I hope this helps anyone going in there . Please dont tell him your personal business, he loves to gossip to people about other peoples lives and issues to anyone...

So we were hoping this could become one of our regular places. After ordering through uber the first time and having an awesome experience, we have now ordered 3 more times in the past two weeks and every time, the quality disappoints a little bit more. This last order, though they told us 45 minutes, took over an hour to get to us. And I can understand if it takes that long to make 2 wraps that are both meatless, but it didnt. By the time we recieved it meal both wraps were almost to soggy to eat. Secondly, we decide to order directly through the store, rather than uber, becuase the menue they provided us proclaimed "specials" on certain days. Including a falafel special on Sundays, buy one get another for a buck! As a vegan, this is VERY appealing to me. So imagine our surprise and dismay when, even though it states NOWHERE on their menu it is a dine in or pick up only special we were denied. We were even planning on ordering 3 sandwiches! And finally, for whatever reason they do not serve french fries, another vegan staple. We cannot eat their mayo loaded potatoe salad or macaroni salad. Fine, you dont have them, but is it really professional to respond to a simple question of "do you serve french fries?" With a very snippy "no! This is not fast food! Only falafel!?" I dont know if your other customers enjoy being belittled only to wait over an hour for soggy food, but I didnt. So seeing as there are now quite a few places nearby with comparable menu items (little greek and pita republic right off the bat) perhaps we'll make one of those our 3 times a week...

I ordered from this restraint through grub hub. What a mistake that was. I wanted to try a new place and thought they might be good. Well I placed my order and got a call from someone at grub hub letting me know they did not have an item and I could cancel that one item or I could substitute it for something else. I explained to the guy I didn't really want anything else but I would still like my sandwich he said ok and canceled the item and said my order will be there soon. About an hour goes by and nothing no phone call no one showed up. So I called the restaurant asking where my order was because it still showed active on grub hubs website. The man who answered the phone said they canceled my order. I told him no it is still active on grub hub it was not canceled and he said the will not come and deliver because now I no longer meet the $15 minimum for delivery. I asked him very kindly and said it's not my fault they didn't have the item I ordered and to please deliver my food. He said no they will not come out to me for a sandwich. He was very rude about it so I hung up and called grub hub. They were very nice and refunded my entire order. I will never order from these people again because they have awful customer service skills and no one decided to call and tell me otherwise I would have been ok. Instead I waited an hour after my eta to call and see where it was to have someone be rude to me on the phone and just decide to cancel my order without contacting me. This is not ok....
