I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes Jewelry at 940 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach. I placed an order for a custom ring with the store manager, Elizebeth, and was told it would be ready in about 3 weeks (taking into account the busy 4th of July weekend).

Instead, the order wasn’t completed until August 11 — far past the promised timeline. Communication was poor, and I had to personally visit the store twice, only to leave empty-handed each time. On one visit, I was told by a woman (not the manager) that my order had not been approved by their distributor, and later that the ring had been broken.

After weeks of waiting, misleading updates, and confusion, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER...

I am so blessed that after 20 years I found a jeweler that cares about their customer - as if it were her family!!
