TL;DR: Employee procrastinates on making my drink for 13 minutes (which made me late to school), said employee then takes less than 3 minutes to make my drink to from start to finish when I finally ask about it. Would give 0 stars if I could.
So I arrived at this Dunkin' location with my mother at 7:10 AM today on an early pace to my school that's less than 10 minutes away, which starts at 7:30. I go in, and I wait 7 minutes in a long line. That's not my problem with this, as 7-8 AM is the rush hour for Dunkin', so the line is understandable. So it's 7:17 when I get to order, and my order is simple. 2 strawberry frosted donuts with sprinkles, 1 boston creme donut, and 1 large iced peppermint mocha signature latte. Once I finish my order, it's 7:20. The donuts are fast to get, since they're in racks just behind the register. However, the latte is a different story. I wait over 13 minutes for this drink, and in that time, I see 4 other drinks come out. So at 7:33 AM (note that I'm now already late to school at this point), I finally ask what's going on with the latte. The woman making all the drinks replies "It's coming." SHE THEN STARTS MAKING THE LATTE. That's right. I was waiting for 13 minutes for a drink that the woman hadn't even started, and I don't think she was intending to even make it until I asked. It then took her LESS THAN 3 MINUTES to make the drink from start to finish after I asked. That's 15 minutes for a drink that should've taken 3 minutes at most. Adding up the time spent in the line and I waited over 25 minutes in total for an order that should've taken 12-15 minutes. I'd give 0...
Read moreThere are a few Dunkin' Donuts that I frequent. For some reason I find myself coming to this location only during the late night hours. Usually 1am-3am. There seems to be a crowd of "usuals" that also frequent this location late at night. The patrons seem very friendly almost as if you can just sit down next to a stranger and start a conversation or sometimes there are group conversations going on. What is of particular interest to me is that the crowd is very diverse yet are unaware of any diversity that exists between them. This is a very good thing! Now on to the establishment itself. It is very brightly lit as you will see in the photos, there is lovely trees and plants lining the entire place. There is plenty of parking, an obligatory handi-capped parking place, and an outside table. The interior of the shop is kept clean and tidy by very friendly and patient staff. The men's room was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. It wasn't dirty or unpleasantly smelling but it wasn't flawless either. They food and beverages are not the best I've had at Dunkin' Donuts as far as freshness of the donuts is concerned. Of course the fact that it was almost 1:30 in the morning might have been a factor. I will update this if I happen to stop by during the...

I asked for a refund because that service was just awful and said no to wait for the manager tomorrow. I just took the food and left but I’m returning for my money I’m not touching that coffee or the sausage cheese because that’s. Ridiculous to be rude and give attitude when she got the order wrong and I tried to compromise but she said nope I have to pay for another one. Never coming to this Dunkin’ this place is nasty...
