I ordered online through the bww website and the order was taking over an hour to deliver, and then it got canceled. I tried to call to get a refund and they told me I had to call the delivery service, which I did and they refunded me the tip and delivery fee but NOT the actual order refund. They told me it was the responsibility of bww. So I called back and was sent to voicemail over 5x’s. Over an hour later I called back and nobody was able to assist me with getting a refund issued. So now I’m out about...
