Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Palmdale

Worse experience ever. Twice in one week my drive thru orders were messed up in some way. Twice I was forced to use gas to drive back to get compensation for their employees mistakes. Just today I had to drive back for another order they messed up. The store manager Alex wanted to write my name down stating they had to keep track of their mistakes. Then he tells me to next time do his job and check for mistakes at the window when ordering my food even though it's the staff's job to get the customer's orders correct. I shouldn't have to personally taste 5 different drinks that aren't for me just to make sure it has syrup. I shouldn't have to dig my dirty hands into a bag full of food that isn't all for me. Just because he can't supervise his workers correctly to get every order right. I told him perhaps I should take my business elsewhere. His response was, "that might be a good idea." So I will now when ordering food for myself and 5 others, will take my business elsewhere. I am not responsible for the mistakes of your workers. If Carl's jr. has been around for 80 years and they have the "Best Employees" as Alex said, I would be worried to see this store under this management do worse than it has now for me. My visit was on Sunday around 2:50am i went ahead and ordered thru the drive thru. And waited damn near 40 minutes to be at the window. There was about 3 cars in front. It took an eternity to get there. Then i get to the window just to get told systems are turning “on and off” so i tell one of the employees “Jonathan” its okay im willing to wait for it to turn on again as soon as it turns on charge me.well i end up waiting another 20 minutes. I calm him over and tell me whats the hold up and he said it still hasnt came back on. So i said alright i have one question. Did u guys make my order while i was in line? To which he said “yes” so i said then why cant i get my food? Its already a 40 minute wait inconvenience. And not only that im waiting in line like an idiot when they could’ve sent someone outside to let me and the cars behind me know the system was down. And didnt. So i told him man i need my food jus for the simple fact ive been waiting for 40 minutes. He insisted he couldnt give me anything for free. So then i said okay so if your system comes back now youre still going to charge me after an hours wait? He said “yes”. This was completely absurd. Ridiculous. And just disappointing. I worled fast food years back and always put the customer first. He offered no solution whats so ever to accommodate the inconvenience. Well when I went there I wanted breakfast but it was already over very upset over that Carl's jr. Needs to serve breakfast all day long like Denny's people would like to have breakfast at dinner time or at midnight we're strange that way nothing wrong with that and then I asked for hot water and the young cashier would not give it to me so I ask for the manager she managed to give it to me I needed it for my hot cocoa I'm not paying $2.50 for small cup of cocoa at Starbucks so I bring my own packages have my own Coco at least it manager was more understanding how dare they other girl working there refuse me of hot water lucky I'm bilingual I can speak Spanish I let her have it in Spanish why I was upset what she did it better not happen again cuz I'll just have to bring out the Spanish again and this time it won't be nice no restaurant can refuse you of hot water I just wish they'd serve breakfast all day I emailed McDonald's for 8 years finally got 10 to serve breakfast all day I told him that losing revenue profits money that could be made if breakfast is sold anytime I got more business sense Denny's restaurants to I guess that's why I got an IQ of 175 I get a truck driver's test in 1 hour it takes 4 hours the written test at England...
