I would give 0 stars if given. I ordered on the app for in store pick up. We arrive. We wait, they’re busy obviously so we wait. 10 minutes go by as employees literally walk back and forth past us. We finally asked if we could be helped after waiting even longer and mentioned we had been waiting for a some time now as we see our food on the shelf the entire time behind the counter out of reach from us. They say they’ll be with us in a minute. An employee walks by 3 more times without helping us. Finally after asking repeatedly for help or I’d grab my food ourselves (literally a happy meal and freeze that was melted by now) and we were given an attitude by an employee that our order was already called out multiple times?? Even though I had clearly been there for over 15 minutes now?? I explained we ordered on the app, meaning we aren’t in the store at the moment we placed the order. It also states in the app when to let them know we were close so they could start our order - which they obviously made instead of waiting for us to check in on the app or whatever. So not only that, but there’s no point for them to open their dine in or offer to pick up IN STORE if they do not care to attend any customers inside what so ever. Literally had two other families leave behind us in line because they don’t hire enough people for $20hr to properly attend to customers. When I asked for the manager she excused the employees attitude towards us about calling out the order when we never said we were there yet or checked in on the app that we were even there yet. Oh and they didn’t give us my daughters fries, apple slicesOR toy in her happy meal. So why charge me that much for the meal without giving me proper service or the items I literally PAID for. From now on actual restaurants are better than fast food, they deserve the actual $20hr instead of these fast food chains who charge just as much as these restaurants...
Read moreI've lived close to this location for 5 yrs now. Closest McD's to our family. The place does tend to be clean so no complaints there ... The female staff however ... The majority of them are aweful. They're rude and unhelpful. They give u dirty looks just for asking about ur order. Or they straight out ignore u wen u speak to them. I've had several verbal altercations with the females who r giving u ur food and I leave every time feeling extremely upset and agitated. There is one server however that no matter how crazy busy they r or what is going on, he is kind, helpful ,courtiouss and u can tell also dedicated to his job. His name is Tim and I think he's even better mannered than his superiors in this location. If he was the only server or if they had many like him that Mc Donalds would be the perfect go to place .... but sadly thats not the case ..if u can avoid this place plz do so...even in drive thru they mess up ur orders and aren't kind about fixing the issue at hand u'll end up leaving...
Read moreThe McDonald’s at Av S and 25th is hands down the best spot to start your day! Their breakfast is consistently amazing—fluffy Egg McMuffins, perfectly crispy hash browns, and coffee that’s always fresh and hot. No matter how busy they are, the food comes out quickly and always tastes like it was made just for you. You can tell the team here cares about getting it right every time, and it shows in the quality of every bite.
What truly sets this location apart is their incredible drive-thru service. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Even during the morning rush, the line moves smoothly, and your order is handed over with a smile. It’s rare to find this level of service at any fast-food place, let alone one this busy. If you’re looking for a seamless breakfast experience that leaves you with a full stomach and a good mood, this McDonald’s is the...
