I never do reviews but my experience at this location was horrible.. first of all I chose to eat fast food because I needed something fast. I just started my lunch break and made a mobile order, took me about 2 minutes to walk across the street. Got in, the place looked busy and I didn’t see my order yet in the pick up area so I sat down. I gave it about 10 minutes. Still not ready. I look at the time and notice I only have about 12 min. left of lunch. So I get up and ask when my food would be ready and he responded not anytime soon, I told him I only have a few minutes left for my lunch and ordered this food 15 min. ago, he responded saying I’ll see what I can do. I waited another 5 min. Then told me the chicken sandwich I ordered is no longer available.. I told him get me whatever I just need to eat. I get my food and say thank you. I go back to my job in the break room to find out my chicken sandwich is the plainest sandwich. I paid $12 for my meal and this sandwich looked like it was from the dollar menu.. it was literally bread, chicken and pickles.. We waited patiently with other people too for about 25 mins then I decided to get up and ask for my number some dude with a mask on kept helping everyone out making eye contact with me and walking away I was being nice at first didn’t want to interrupt him but he didn’t even bother to ask if I needed anything . Then I ask him if he can stop ignoring me and see what’s up with my order that I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and he tells me to don’t give him attitude and proceeds to help another person and ignored me and walked away. Then he sends another lady to help me while he cowardly hides in the drive thru side. At this point I see part of my order just sitting in a tray all cold by now. I kindly ask the lady for manager which I saw her and 2 other workers just hiding gossiping in back office. Anyway horrible costumer service and management. ALL THEY CARE FOR IS DRIVE THRU. It's extremely clear that the rest of the place and food will be a disappointment. 8-10-25 So I guess this will be an update from my last visit. Sad to say there is no difference whether you're being served or not. I used the kiosk to order a $6 value meal. Only to wait 25 minutes to receive it. The kiosk gave me a paper and nothing printed out. Since everything is kiosk only you have to flag someone from the back to get their attention. None of them are moving at a quick Pace even though they're getting orders from every direction. How many people would feel comfortable witnessing their fries being pushed down in the carton with someone's bare hand? They seem to all be comfortable with this procedure.
