I will never return to this location. I had the worst drive thru starbucks employee named Vanessa. She has short hair and was wearing a hat with pins on it. I go to other Starbucks locations very often and this is my first time encountering such an spacey and full of errors in my order. I am pretty forgiving person but Vanessa gave me attitude and never owned up to her mistakes. She told me that it was my fault. Then she redid my drink and again she got the size wrong. And spoke to me with disrespect. I asked for my money back after her second chance and overall rudeness. I dont know who the manager is at this location but you got to put people that have effective customer service skills at the drive thrue window. Nobody wants to go to Starbucks and have someone like Vanessa getting their order wrong multiple times and then speaking in a rude demeanor. I called over the phone to speak to the manager. I spoke to someone named Amy who said she was the manager. She sounded very robotic and she kept saying I am sorry you experienced that. Then she said she was going to speak to Vanessa and get her side of the story. I asked her to please view the camera and audio so she can see for herself how Vanessa was treating me while with my family watching this. Amy said she didn't have access to that info. She proceeded to tell me that have not received any other complaints about Vanessa that day. Amy said maybe she just had an off moment. I told her that this shouldn't be happening to not even one customer. And many times customers don't speak up when they are being mistreated.
