(Sorry about the longer review, I'm frustrated. TLDR: Go to a different location!!)
I don't know why I keep going to this location. It's on my way to work, but I think I'll start altering my route to go to a different Dunkin because this one has progressively gotten worse.
I order ahead and half the time my one item (usually an iced tea) isn't ready, even though there's barely anyone there and I order with plenty of time ahead of when I'll be arriving. I don't mind waiting, especially if it's busy, but being ignored while waiting for an item I placed early, when there's no one else around, is rude. Then, when I'm finally asked what I'm waiting on, the staff looks at me like I'm an incredible inconvenience. Like another comment said, it seems like they only care about the drive through (if that).
ALSO, today, after I finished my ENTIRE drink, I found a ball of tin foil (like a gum wrapper) at the bottom of my cup amongst the ice. GROSS! I don't care if it was a clean piece of foil that was used for something else, someone should've noticed. Maybe I should've noticed too, and I get mistakes happen, but the overall vibes of this place and past mistakes prove that the staff just doesn't care. I'll be inspecting my drinks more closely from now on.
Overall, staff is often rude/irritated, waits are long though it's not crowded, and apparently the staff don't care about what they're serving. I tried to give this place multiple chances because I love Dunkin, but I'd recommend going to a different location, even if it's a little out...
Read moreThis review is not specific to this Dunkin location but it applies to all the Dunkin locations I have been too in the area, however, this location seems to be more problematic than others. Let me start off by saying that I understand the corporate shift away from donuts and expanding to other menu items - thus the re-branding from Dunkin Donuts to "Dunkin." However, is this really an excuse to almost never have fresh donuts in stock? This franchise was founded on serving delicious, fresh donuts and guess what? It's almost impossible to purchase any if you don't visit the store early in the morning. Yes, they sell out of donuts. A lot. Almost always if you don't get there in the morning. If you go to any Dunkin location in this area - say, in the afternoon or god forbid, the evening, you will be lucky to find any donuts. Not just during the week, no, no, no. Even on a Friday or weekend! I'm not sure why this is and you would think that as a business owner, if you sell a lot of donuts and there is demand for them, then maybe, just maybe, you might try and keep more in stock? Ok, I get it - they don't want to waste them and they really don't make them on premise anymore (another big mistake), but come on - I see no reason not to be able to develop a business strategy to re-stock the donut inventory in the afternoon. Look, I'm not a huge donut consumer but when the urge arises, it would be nice to have some available. Is this...
Read moreWant Dunkin? Take that extra 5 minute drive to the next one. I’ve probably been here 10 time over the years and this is my first review. They drinks 9.5/10 tasks like dirty coffee water and the the customer service is even worst than the drinks. I tried going here again the other day and waited at the counter for a good a bit of time before I was helped. I have all the patience in the world and ofc don’t mind waiting if I see the workers doing something, BUT for both workers (2 older ladies) to continue to walk past the counter multiple times without saying ANYTHING or even acknowledging someone standing there but proceeding to have side conversations with each other as they made drinks directly in front of me ….it was definitely rude. By all means if you are occupied, that’s fine but the least you could’ve done was acknowledge someone in front of you, tell them it’ll be a few minutes or something…the only reason for two stars is due to the young guy that finally came from the back to help and also gave me extra munchkins, he was polite and I appreciate it. The women here tend to be rude even when I used to go through the drive-through. You would think after the new renovations they would’ve attempted to improve the customer service...
