The Coop Sports Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Palmer Township

The food was ok but the server made the experience. Super nice and on top of things. We'd go back. Hubby got wings and clams which were ok. I got the pulled pork. It was moist but the slaw...it was bad and I don't mean bad tasting as in how it was so much as how old it was. That aside I'm not a huge fan of slaw unless it was my mom's or grammy's. So I'm a little particular in my slaw...I probably wouldn't have eaten it if it weren't sour. Service was good...portions were good. My tots were nice and crisp...perfect. We also got fried pickles...the pickles were nice size but there weren't many in an order. The regular pickles that comes with your food. YUM. We went to The Coop on opening night. We opted to sit at a table and we’re not greeted by waitstaff for Atleast 15 minutes. Once we ordered our drinks there was a long wait to get them. Multiple members of my party received the wrong drinks and the waiter did nothing to correct the issue. They were out of multiple menu items. Our drinks were empty and the waitress never came back to ask if we wanted refills. We were a party of six and our food came out at all different times over a 30 minute period. The folded we received was mediocre at best. I will be going back in hopes theses issues will be worked out over time.

Came for taco Tuesday. Not my first time here. Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. One of my friends have a bad dairy allergy. We conveyed that to our server. He even checked to make sure the two shells were dairy free. We ordered our meal and her tacos came with bits of cheese melted to the taco. It looked like they put it on then realized and brushed them off. It also had bits of cheese at the bottom of them. We obviously refused them and her anxiety wouldn't allow her to have them remake them so she sat there while we ate our extra salty beef tacos. The chicken tacos were good....
