We had come to this place about 3 different times. The first time line was at the entrance of the shopping center. Second time, they ran out of Tortillas by 9pm. Third time, they were at an event and we didn’t know until we went into their IG stories and noticed they were going to be there all weekend. Fourth time was today May 10th, 2024. Me and my boyfriend arrived a little as 5 mins prior to their opening. It was around 7:05 to 7:10 when they officially opened. Not a big deal we were both very understanding. We were about 5th in line and about 5 others were behind us. A decent line. We got to order. I ordered 2 steak and shrimp burritos, 1 order of pork gyozas, and 5 of the yum yum sauce. The order came out to around $36 and I put a $6 tip. We were given a buzzer that would go off when the food was done. We went walking around and came back to our cars to wait. We noticed the 4 people in front of us got their foods so we were like ok we should be next. That was around the 30 min mark of waiting. Then we started to notice the people after us started getting called up and around 45 mins my boyfriend went up to ask. He was told that the reason his order was taking long is because we ordered the burritos. My boyfriend then said but people after us received theirs before us and they all had the burritos. Made zero sense. After an additional 10 mins, the buzzer went off. We got the food and went to check and noticed there was only 1 of the steak and shrimp burritos, the gyozas, and the sauces. My boyfriend went back to claim the last remaining burrito and they told him, they only charged us for one, when I clearly told the lady 2. Annoyed, my boyfriend had to AGAIN make the line. This time he only had 1 person in front of us. When he proceeded he ordered the last remaining steak and shrimp burrito. An additional $26 and this time because of the inconvenience we didn’t tip. My boyfriend asked since they didn’t give us the order correctly the first time if they can expedite the second burrito and they told him they would talk to the people in the back. We waited an additional 20 mins before my boyfriend started getting even more upset. I decided to go up to the window and ask. The 2nd buzzer hadn’t gone off yet but I didn’t care. I went up to the lady who did the original order (the wrong order) and I was like I’m still waiting for the second burrito and one of the girls in the back asked what was going on. I had to go over the whole thing and she’s like let me check in the back. She confirmed with me, “steak and shrimp burrito “ I told her yes. She tells me they have it ready it just needed to be cut and placed in the bag. And this point maybe 2 or 3 min wait. I got the bag and left. We get home. Less than 5 mins away. When we opened the last burrito, we realized they gave us a chicken and shrimp. Need I remind you, the chicken and shrimp burrito is $3 cheaper so we paid more for that, I wanted to ask for the tip from the original order back but what can we do at this point. Horrible experience. And to make matters worse, there was a shrimp tail in one of the burritos. NEVER COMING AGAIN. Super over rated. Not worth the wait for soy rice in a...
Read moreThis is my fourth time visiting this place because the food is good. I noticed on their Instagram that you can call or text their number to place an order. I decided to send a text with my order, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. As a result, I went to the location and stood in line to order since they did not respond to my text.
While waiting in line, I heard the person at the window calling my name multiple times. I approached the window and said, "Hey, I sent a text to the number but didn't get a response. However, I heard my name, so I am just confirming if you received the text and if the order went in?" The individual at the window was extremely rude and insisted that they didn't receive a text. I responded with "okay, no problem." As I walked back to the line, I overheard him cursing at customers at the window, saying things like "who orders on the phone?" and other derogatory remarks. I then turned back and explained that I saw the post about texting or calling to order food, and I was waiting in line but wanted to confirm if they saw the text. He responded with a lot of attitude.
While waiting for my food, he gave another person the wrong order. The individual went to the table, opened the food, realized it was incorrect, and brought it back. The person at the window took the food, placed it on the counter, and then proceeded to call my name, giving me the same food that had been opened by the other customer.
This worker is extremely rude and lacks proper customer service skills. I am speaking about the guy that works at the window. He even cursed out a helper in front of customers for messing up an order. This behavior will likely result in the loss of customers. I am very disappointed in this experience, especially because I...
Read moreTruly disappointing. When arriving, we were ignored by the employee facing the front who would take orders without even him saying hi, or that he’ll be right with us for 15 min. After waiting to order, we went up and ordered about $125 worth of food. We did wait a while, which we understood as it was getting busy. Meanwhile waiting for the food, another customer was upset because he had been standing in the line for 30 min to order and when he asked the employee when they would take his order, we overheard them saying that they currently weren’t taking orders because they weren’t sure if they were going to have enough food. Again, this could have been avoided if the employee let the guests in the line know they were busy and trying to catch up with orders rather than ignoring everyone in the line. I would recommend if you are ordering from this place to order it with rice rather than noodles because they only give 7 oz of noodles for a $25 meal… meanwhile rice they will fill the container up. Food was okay, for being hibachi and that high in price I expected better but I would not say the food is that bad either. I would recommend to the food truck to manage your customer service better as a lot of people were frustrated as you chose to just look at us and not acknowledge us, just greet people and let them know you need to catch up on orders and people can decide whether to...
