613 Main Restaurant and Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Palmetto

Can't rate it for the food, because we never got a chance to taste it. I may give this establishment another chance some other time.. not sure. We arrived for Breakfast on a Saturday at 10am and the restaurant was about half full. There were two employees taking orders. Waited in the foyer for about a minute and a half. We were not greeted or acknowledged in any sort of way. They hardly glanced up at us.. so we found a table and sat down. Waited.. for at least an offer to view the menu, or get a drink order (coffee, water, OJ). Waited... Got up to get our own menus. Waited. About 15 minutes passes. Kids are getting antsy.. hungry. At some point it seemed obvious the employees were not interested in our business, because they were on the floor, serving other customers. At the very least, just come over and say "sorry we're busy! But here's a menu and I'll be with you in a minute." We walked out & went somewhere else which was unfortunate, because this restaurant is only minutes...

This place was empty when I walked into it it was around 1 or so after waiting over 40 minutes for to go order I finally went back into the restaurant to see if anybody was still here because no one had came out the cook told me that he had me he had me when I got my food to the car the chicken was so overcook that it was uneatable it was tough plus I asked for a piece of bread with my chicken and I didn't get it to me that's a big deal living in the South all my life especially when I asked for it my lunch was $13 and some change and it was quite horrible after the terrible weight the food was so overcook that it was uneatable the bright note was the mashed potatoes were very good and the green beans were really good they were fresh don't understand what the breakdown was here this place look really popular but it was a bust if you got all day to wait for lunch maybe this is the place but I only had 30 minutes 40 of it was...

We really wanted to love this place. We came a year ago and the food was okay, but it was freezing cold inside and took about 30 minutes to get our food once we ordered. Today, we decided to try again. It was 43 degrees outside and the temp inside was no warmer. Several tables complained that it was so cold. Once we placed our order, it took 50 minutes to receive our food. We ordered eggs over easy, white toast, roasted potatoes and bacon (my husband got corned beef hash). It was not exceptionally busy so we could not figure out what item on our plates would take 50 minutes to prepare.
