Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Palos Township

Tried calling ahead to place a pickup order. This was a very painful 5 minute conversation with the employee on 11/06/21 at approximately 6:35pm. I had to cancel that order and placed an order in the store for 5 sandwiches because she said my 5 sandwich order would take 30 minutes. I get inside the store and there is nobody in this place. My 5 sandwiches were made in 5 minutes. They weren't too happy to take my $45 order. This labor shortage is probably to blame. I hope the franchise owner reads this and educates his staff on the importance of good customer service.

Ordered again on 10/22/22 a party box online for curbside pick-up at 1pm. Get there at 1pm and order was not even made yet although the order was placed an hour earlier. Food ready at 1:17pm and all the sandwiches were made with stale bread. This place really is bad and it's my fault for continuing to give...

Dont know where to start this is for my father who takes acid reflux prescriptions. He asked for a jjBLT BACON LETTUCE TOMATOE. They argue with him after he had gotten off the phone with said manager saying he gets a free sandwich. The sandwich they gave him was a Spiceynu Italian. After him trying to eat he he couldnt take the pepper no more. So he decided to drive two town back to this location for his free BLT. They argued with him saying he asked for a number 7 the spicy italian and he then said he wanted a BLT. Wouldnt you double check with the customer of which sandwich he/she would want before charging and making it??! No y'all didnt. When you gave him his BLT. It had peppers on it again!!! Wtf y'all trying to put the man in the hospital. Y'all lucky he doesnt have allergies to pepper 🌶 🌶 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ y'all...
