Firehouse Subs Back Beach — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

Wow i’ve been coming to this particular location for 3 years since working at Home Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway, I must say yesterday for lunch was beyond amazing, thanks to Debra and everyone else going above and beyond, and the manager Kimberly is awesome, I come to this location almost every week ordering subs ranging from: Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket, Spicy Cajun Chicken, Steak and Cheese to the Meatball, I’ve tried the other subs not cold cuts, since I’m not into that, none of them compare to those, I used to live in Metro Atlanta 4 years ago, my first Firehouse Subs experience was in Paulding County, Georgia back in 2007 at the Hiram, Georgia location, which of course is a fairly new location now, since they relocated that one, either way great job Back Beach Firehouse Subs you are definitely better than Subway, and are equal with Jersey Mike’s and Which Wich on 23rd Street! 😁 I live in Panama City Beach...

I was looking forward to getting a Hook and Ladder tonight, but they insist on making their customers put on a mask. 😷 Last I looked, we "elect" crooked politicians, not crooked Corporate America. Hey Kaylee, We just gave you another shot. No masks required, but my wife was disappointed to see her 6" sub was only about 3". Good thing google didn't give me the option to share a picture. .....and if you guys want to continue to ask us to round up for the cause, I suggest the cause should be for the millions of Americans that lost their jobs in this "pandemic" .....not the people that...

I walked in, ordered on my app and sat down to wait. After 15 minutes they said the dine in was closed. I said I thought the door says you close at 9 and it was 8. He just said "dine in closed". All of the sodas were out. I asked if they can fix it and they just ignored me. When our sandwiches were FINALLY ready, the chips weren't in the bag and she told me to get it myself. I asked if they had the chips that I ordered and the woman said "do you see them there"? The guy cleaning the lobby was very nice and doing a really good clean, but the 2 making sandwiches were complete jerks!Jenks!! And to top things off, the $10 a piece sandwiches barely had meat and it it was just thrown on...
