If I could rate this place -10000 I would so do it. Worst Chick-fil-A Experience — Consistently Disappointing and Unacceptable I rarely leave reviews, but this Chick-fil-A has pushed me to my limit. I ordered my meal and drove all the way home just to realize they forgot my mac & cheese , one of the main items I was looking forward to. I then had to drive all the way back, wasting my time and gas, only to be handed a pathetic excuse for a replacement: a barely-filled container of lukewarm mac & cheese that screamed PENNY PINCHING. And that’s exactly what this location has become — a penny-pinching operation, cutting corners at every turn while customers pay full price for half-quality food.
Let’s talk about the sandwich. I clearly asked for Colby Jack cheese, THEY GAVE ME Pepper Jack instead. That’s not a small mistake. That’s careless. If someone had a serious allergy, that kind of negligence could be deadly. It’s baffling that anyone with functioning attention to detail could confuse the two. And on top of that, a third of the bun was completely burnt, and the chicken itself tasted like it had been dragged across the floor.
This isn’t a one-time issue either !!!!!! this location on Beach Road has a track record of inconsistency and failure. It’s like messing up orders is part of their job description. Every visit brings the same nonsense: wrong items, poor food quality, and staff who act like customer satisfaction is optional.
Compared to other locations — like the Chick-fil-A in Destin or Panama City — this one is truly embarrassing. Trash outside, sloppy presentation, cold food, and smaller portions every single time. There is no pride in the service or food here. I don’t know if it’s the operator or management, but someone is cutting every possible corner to save a dime at the customer’s expense.

Read moreI do not like the streamlined order process. I asked for a menu. The guy flipped his little tablet up that I could not read from 4 ft away. I did not know what exactly I wanted or prices. I ended up placing an order (just made up something) he punched his buttons and getting food that I did not want. For an outrageous price. Plus when I drove by the actual board menu in the Drive-Thru I noticed several things I would have rather had. A fruit cup, milk shake, 4 kinda of lg dinner salads. I was told I could get a receipt at the window where I picked my food up but when I picked my food up the little girl just kind of shrugged her shoulders and said I don't have a receipt. And then she mumbled to another associates and they didn't have a receipt. I do not do business or pay for services or food without a receipt. Of course, all of this was done with a smile I think behind their mask. BTW while I was looking at the board menu an associate was headed my way to ask me to move on. I will not be back for a very long time. This is a shame. I am local and we used to eat there at least 1 or 2 X a week. (Because my children like it) but that will charge now. Read moreFood is always absolutely wonderful. Restaurant is always nearly spotless. Service, while good, can at times fall a little bit short of what one ordinarily can expect from Chick-fil-A. I promise I do mean this very very constructively, but there are occasionally some foreign nationals on staff who serve as front-line team members that could benefit from just a little bit more interpersonal training so as to more genuinely embrace the Chick-fil-A spirit of serving with an attitude of gratitude that truly comes from the heart. I travel for business daily and enjoy Chick-fil-A at least 3 times each week (or more) and have come to know staff by name in various Chick-fil-A restaurants across northwest Florida from Pensacola to Marianna. These team members are very few in number, but they do take just a little bit away from the team as a whole when evaluating this team from the standpoint of what I observe at other Chick-fil-A locations. I write this review quite possibly more for the benefit of team management and the owner / operator than anything or anyone else.
