The St. Joe Company- Careers — Hotel in Panama City Beach

Never rent through St. Joe Resorts. We Tented this year thru St. Joe so we could play golf, never again. Things went wrong at check-in, we were given directions to the house I was told we rented. It was occupied, the house we actually were given was farther to the beach. They gave us a credit and bikes for a week, nice right? Not, at checkout no credits, took over an hour to try and get it straight, still not sure it's correct. Of the four people who came in while I was trying to leave 3 all had issues! Awful, awful. This resort does not have the amenities to serve the number of guests. There aren't enough beach chairs or golf carts. Apparently, you have to book beach chairs, bikes, golf carts (EVERYTHING) at the time you reserve your house. I would have never thought I would need to book BEACH CHAIRS 7 months in advance. $1000 a night and nowhere to sit on the beach. We were told we could bring our own and go to the public area towards Grayton. We definitely have room in our vehicle for a tent and beach chairs when driving from Texas. Awful. Never again. ...

Our beach chairs were cancelled after we got to the beach leaving our family of 7 with no options. Obviously, we did not come all the way from Collierville, TN to hang out at the pool! Do not come to Water Color or rent through St. Joe. They do not have a back up plan nor will they put out any of the 100’s of chairs and umbrellas they have stored. They claim they “don’t want anyone else asking for them”. There are 6 workers hanging out doing nothing at the rental station while customer after customer, having their chairs cancelled, beg them to just start...
