Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Panama City

WOW! Won't be back here again. Walked in and I understand all about being short staffed but I wasn't even greeted. One the two attendants totally ignored that I was trying to get her attention, she kept talking personal stuff to her friend then her cell phone was ringing loud enough for everyone to hear and she walked past me, no hello someone will be right with, nothing,as if I wasn't there. She went straight to her phone answers it and walks to the back to talk when there's more than one customer waiting. I was going to get a waffle cone but I took one look at the waffle station and very dirty machine and quickly changed my mind. The entire ice cream station is in need of good ole fashion scrub down. Even the coolers inside were crusted over with ice build up. They only had a few ice cream flavors and some of those but buckets had ice build up as well. I used to love Baskin Robbins when actually had 31 flavors... Now I don't mind paying a little extra at...

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When my group walked in with an hour left before closing, we were immediately met with attitude from the employee on shift, Yasmen. She rolled her eyes as we entered, did not make eye contact, and her tone was noticeably snappy and rude throughout the interaction.

What stood out most was the unprofessional comment, “oh child,” when other customers walked in, as if she was frustrated people were coming in during business hours. It was not busy, and we were well within the posted time frame, so I do not understand the hostility.

If Yasmen is unhappy with working night shifts or dealing with customers during open hours, perhaps customer service is not the right fit. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of attitude can turn people away from...

CAN BR STOCK JUST COFFEE ICE CREAM??? I don't want chunks of chocolate in it. I don't want oreos in it. I just want coffee ice cream. And I don't want to find out that they don't have the chocolate one but they have the oreo one when I get to the window after I asked at the speaker, "Do you have coffee ice cream today?" with the employee saying "Yes". Why stock only pre-mixed flavored ice creams when you can add toppings and have single flavors (like vanilla, chocolate, coffee, strawberry) and add different flavors of scoops if you want...
