I give 5 ⭐✨✨✨⭐ Why..well first of all I was pleasantly surprised by the service, food, value for money, veg and gluten free options clearly marked, family friendly..all this tucked into a gas station! Ok so the ambience is lack but hey the staffs smile and enthusiasm wins me over It is fast food and that means franchise sooooo.... Ok so I came tonight after I heard whispers about how good the food was. And they also had gluten-free options after I looked online menu. Fettuccine spaghetti combo bowl for 499! You can have meatballs for a couple dollar extra. But I don't eat meat so I can't comment on that. I also have a mozzarella bites And I made it a combo come with a salad or you can get a pizza! With your meal plus drink whew! I got salad with balsamic vinegar dressing First I ordered mozzarella balls.. 😋 with tax just under $5. And I was quite surprised the guy at the counter also brought out some breadsticks for me I was confused, hes like you know you can get all-you-can-eat breadsticks while your dining in I was like okay.. Good start. I was still hungry so I went back and I can't figure out what I wanted. And I ended up with the fettuccine spaghetti bowl and I order the salad which I didn't get too because by them the breadstiks 🐷 got to me! They were soft, salty, just 😋 Best thing is when the bowl came out.. second 😯 He put a table tray down, what is this? Freshly grated parmesan..oh yeah! I am happy happy lady! The bowl kept the pasta hot! For well over 15 mins. I came 6:37 p.m. it was a quiet so night so the food came out pretty fast and like I said it was amazing lunch specials starting at 6.99. I notice also they have cheesecake factory cheesecake which I will get to..oh yeah! they run about 497 I believe. And I do want to try their pizza and their salads next. What I ordered tonight was more than enough for me in fact it is enough for two people and I spent about $15 and The taste was just as good as Olive garden I will be back for lunch this time..and cheese cake. I will have to being some vegetarian meatballs and veggies to stir into my pasta next...
Read moreI had spaghetti and two meatballs. It reminded me of childhood when Mom was too tired to cook, so instead bought something and warmed it in the microwave. It wasn’t anything special, and there wasn’t any “Italian” cuisine flavor. It was $7.29. It tasted like the $2 canned tomato sauce and $2 boxed spaghetti noodles from Walmart though. If I were to be specific, it tasted like Hunt’s Tomato Sauce for $1.98 at Walmart. I took the time to look up the price comparison because I’m not joking. It’s fast food, really can’t complain. I put three stars for the friendly staff, quick service, and cleanliness. It would have been two stars without all of that. I was surprised to see that the food is brought to you like Olive Garden, where the cheese is grated for you as well. It was cool. In the end, I wouldn’t eat here again, unless I didn’t want to cook at home. I’m not begging to come to this place. It’s just “okay,” and a quick alternative to cooking at home. However, the portion was for about one and a half of a person, the picture is my leftovers. It looked prettier when it was brought out to me. Do not base your opinion off my photo, it looks better in person. It comes with two breadsticks, which were fine, nothing special, again. The staff occasionally comes to check on you and offer more breadsticks as well, which is nice. If I were to return, I would try something other than the spaghetti. Overall,...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible! Came out with the family and with this being the first time trying this place never again. I'm a manager myself so I know how business goes, but we were the only customers at first. No one greeted us nvm no one at the register to the point that the only cook had to tell us to use the kiosk not even suggest it. Then the manager Sharon finally stumbled in looking ratty and disheveled when the line started to pick up behind us. And no apology for the wait just oh I didn't know anyone was here. Wouldn't give my parents their rightfully earned military discount that they worked hard for. Just an overall stupid attitude from her. As we sat there waiting for our food the line that ordered food after us got their food first. When we finally got our food it was wrong and didn't get half of what we ordered which by the way is way over priced. And when we gave Sharon a chance to redeem herself and didn't do anything to fix the issue, no refund no replacing the food. It was "I'll talk to him but it is what it is". I would never tell my customers that. And we had to go up to the counter to sort out the issues with our food and demand for our receipt. We still never got our boneless wings and cheesecake for my little brother. That was the first and last time time I'll ever go there. Sharon should get fired and never work hospitality ever again. Definitely...
