I’m not the kind of person to do a review but it is completely outrageous, the people there didn’t tell me about the return/ exchange rule there were no sighns up stating this either. I asked if they had a changing room he said no to quess so I got a size I normally wear and everything fits except my pants so I went back to exchange is for a size larger and was informed of there rule. I told them I still need to exchange it nobody told me of this rule and I spent 117 dollars in total for my outfit. I was then spoken to In a rude way saying I should have just looked at my receipt. So what they were implying is that they had no sighns and didn’t tell me but after I spent 117 I should have seen the small letters on the receipt so they waited untill after they got my money!! It makes no sense then telling me that. I then called corporate because I don’t have money to waste on something I can’t wear. They posted signs after she bought the costume that they would not do returns or exchanges. She did not even have costume 24 hours.
