Came through the drive-through on Mother’s Day at 10:20 AM ordered three breakfast sandwiches and two meals, they asked us to park in a spot which was fine since it was a bigger order. They came out with our food after 10:40. I immediately checked the bag and noticed one meal was missing so I brought the receipt inside where the cashier took it back to the kitchen. She came back and told me that it was no longer breakfast so they couldn’t do anything about it. I told her I understood, but we had ordered it during breakfast and they had just brought the bag out a minute before. She took the receipt back to the kitchen where a manager came out and told me they had thrown out all the breakfast food and there was nothing they could do except write down my name and I could come get a new one tomorrow. That wasn’t a resolution for my child in the car missing what they ordered or myself who had work the next day, which is what I had said to her. To which she said basically that’s all they could do. I would have expected they could at least offer a different meal off the lunch menu but apparently not. So I asked if she could do a refund, she refunded me $4 for just the sandwich not the meal, I guess since we had gotten the drink that was enough to them so I just took it at that and left. Customer service sucked, it was like pulling teeth to get a resolution since it was not their problem. As someone who worked in fast food it was definitely frustrating and disappointing. We got down the road and found another sandwich had paper in it, by eating it. Threw it out and took my family to pick up something else before heading out for the day. Waste of food, time, and money. Save the headache and go next door to Chick-fil-A, the one time I’ve had them forget a sandwich and brought my receipt in just the same they immediately remade the sandwich AND gave me a coupon for another free sandwich with no expiration for the inconvenience. Read moreThis has been a very convenient go-to McDonalds. I've been getting food there since they opened and my experiences have been great...until the summer of 2025. Most recently I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle. That was fine, no complaints. The other half of my order was a Happy Meal with 4 nuggets, fries, apples slices, and a small lemonade sweet tea with no ice. The kid has sensitive teeth so no ice is always ordered. At this store, no ice doesn't seem to be an option. The friendly lady who delivered it curbside read what the order was and said, "I told her no ice for this one." It was good that she told her but she didn't offer to get it fixed. I was willing to accept that, again. The the other part of the order that was missing was the apple slices. This kid would rather have 2 bags of apples and no fries. The app for this store does not give that as an option, but youcan get double fries. Well, she only got one side, mini fries so this was not a good thing to find out after leaving the restaurant. She didn't even like the taste of the fries, so I tried one. Yeah, that oil tastes kind of chemically and unsppetizing. The trash can got the fries. Now this unHappy Meal was very small with not being able to eat the fries, no second side and the drink being filled with ice and very little drink. The replacement curbside signs are a less than lively but at least they got some up again. Yeah, I came here often. The flow of the parking lot is horrible as there are 2 entrances and only one exit so you have to go completely around the building to exit...but that is minor. Read moreYour manager Alisha is the reason today at 1:30 p.m. there was 25 people standing in at McDonald's waiting on their food to get ready we waited for 45 minutes and then I waited 20 more minutes just to get my drink that they didn't have because she was playing back there. At first I did not get what was going on until I seen her back there joking around wow expo was screened out as a fellow manager of another restaurant I can tell you leadership is everything and when you have a leader who is playing around everything's going to go to hell you need to find a new manager I told her that in front of everyone at that store after she's back there playing while we're all waiting 45 minutes and a store that's 80°. You can't even get a refill for your drink because we're not able to without asking them. After waiting for 40 minutes and getting my food are they still owed me a caramel drink I kept waiting and waiting on it then because she's mad at me for calling her out on it she makes me wait 20 minutes to find out they don't have it and would not refund me after the girl kept telling her Alicia refund her Alicia refund her she said let me stop before I get in trouble and would not come over and help me y'all better do something about that girl she is going to make that place go downhill quick she needs to be more like real on 23rd Street he's a great manager I've been there several times and had personal conversations with him great guy get rid of her it'll save you a...
