McDonald's — Restaurant in Pantego

Good morning,

I went in the drive-thru this morning to place my order as normal, but when I received it I noticed they only gave me the McGriddle instead of the full meal so they instructed me to go all the way back around the drive thru if I want to get the meal, so I drove back around no problem.

BUT when I made it in the drive-thru again the lady( I was told her name is Esperanza Gallegos and that she is the manager) I was speaking with got really sassy and obnoxious with me through her mic and tried checking me saying “first you ask for the bacon McGriddle now you ask for the sausage McGriddle but u didn’t ask for meal!!” I’m unsure why she mentioned the bacon McGriddle when that had 0 correlation to the current order at hand. I kindly told her that okay but I meant the sausage egg & cheese McGriddle meal so just add it on and quit trying to blame me, it’s not that serious. Then she told me to pull forward and I heard her curse under her breath at me before she turned her mic off.

So I pull forward to get the remainder of my food and she tries peaking at me over the shoulder of an employee handing me my food then she tried to get another attitude telling me the same thing. But she tried to LIE and gaslight me by saying “I asked if u wanted the meal u said no” when that NEVER took place! So I tried correcting her again but instead she quickly rolled her eyes & walked away to go take someone...

Worst experience best ever! Drove through the drive-thru at the McDonald's on Highway 21 in Covington yesterday. We had to wait so long only to get the wrong order and then at the window once I showed them we received the wrong order he attempted to correct it and did it wrong again. I asked for the McRib which is advertised on the drive-thru menu and got to the window only to be told they had no McRibs and don't know why it's still on the menu. So they had to refund me. Then I requested a Big Mac only to be told we don't have any of the Big Mac sauce but we can still make the burger without the sauce. I asked what is a Big Mac without the sauce that is the only thing that differentiates it from a double cheeseburger. I told him then charge me for a double cheeseburger and not a big Mike. Instead he deleted the Big Mac altogether and gave me a fish sandwich. I asked for an apple pie but got it cherry pie. We had to pull up and wait for all of these mistakes while the line grew longer and longer. When I told him for the 3rd or 4th time that the order was still wrong he looked at me clueless. I just drove off it wasn't worth the time. It was a senior white male and a senior black female...

Pulled up to drive thru Friday evening around 7:30pm and was a little surprised there was not a long line. We saw the sign for fish filet sandwich, 2 for $5. We only wanted 1 and also ordered 2 McFlurrys and a strawberry shake. We were surprised to see the fish sandwich ring up at $4.19, because we were expecting to see $2.50. At the pay window, we decided to go ahead and get the 2nd fish sandwich for 81 cents more. When we got home and opened up the fish sandwich box, it was dripping with tartar sauce that had been dabbed on near the bun's edge. But even worse, there was only half a slice of cheese on it. Really? Half a slice of cheese, not even placed in the middle? So, before serving it to my elderly mother, I had to take it apart, use a knife to spread the tartar sauce all over both buns. Then, add a whole slice of cheese to bottom bun, centered in the middle, and then microwave it to warm it back up. I know it's fast food but does that mean it doesn't matter how your sandwich is slapped together? And was going to charge $4.19 for it?...
