I have been visiting here for over a year, anytime I was in Vegas this was my go to. Why? because it has great food and good music to dance to without it being overly crowded like senor frogs. I have recommended this place to several people but I will not return here after the service I received this last time. I was there this past weekend and the intention was to eat and dance following a concert I had attended. I was not intending, nor did I ask for any alcoholic beverages when I got there with 5 more people. I had been at a concert and my only intention was to again eat and dance, I always rave about the steak nachos at this place. Once there everyone else in the table gave their order and I did not get a chance to order, I approached the waiter and politely told him I wanted to order something. He rudely said I could not order anything because I had some drinks before coming to this place. I told him I was not ordering alcohol and I just wanted to get some nachos but he refused to serve me. Also if you are ordering alcohol make sure you are getting what you ask, the rest on the guys on my table asked for a brand of whiskey and club soda, they were given their drinks and when they tried them it was not the brand they had asked for. They were never told the bar was out of that brand just just thought they would not notice and just pay for high grade whiskey when they were being served a cheap one. Once the waiter was told the drinks were not the brand requested, the waiter admitted they had served the table something else. After this incident I would not return to this place because of their service and just advice if you are getting alcohol order it at the bar so you can make sure you are being charged for the type of alcohol you asked and...

If you're seeking a relaxed yet vibrant dining experience in Las Vegas, Carlos and Charlies is the place to be. This Mexican restaurant perfectly blends authentic flavors with a welcoming atmosphere, making it the best spot in town for both locals and visitors.

From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped by the lively and colorful décor that captures the spirit of Mexico. The ambiance is casual and inviting, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. The friendly staff greet you with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience.

The menu at Carlos and Charlies is a celebration of Mexican cuisine. Each dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are both bold and authentic. The tacos are a must-try, with a variety of fillings that are bursting with flavor. The enchiladas and fajitas are equally impressive, offering a perfect balance of spice and savor.

One of the highlights of dining at is the selection of margaritas. Whether you prefer them classic or with a twist, each cocktail is expertly mixed and incredibly refreshing. The drink menu also features a great selection of tequilas and Mexican beers, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your meal.

What truly sets Carlos and Charlies apart is the combination of excellent food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for any occasion, whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a leisurely meal. This is, without a doubt, the best Mexican dining experience in Las Vegas. Highly...

Food and drinks are mediocre as expected. Service is hit or miss. Two employees stood out the most. One shined like a star, while the other did not. Big shout out to Krysta in the kitchen! You rock!!! Your friendly demeanor lit our day up!

Unfortunately on the other hand, FAUSTO you need lots & lots of customer service skills. You were extremely rude & aggressive to my wife when asked if we could smoke out on the bar/patio area. To make things even worse, you need proper table serving etiquette. You DO NOT creep behind a patron to serve a drink aggressively with attitude! That could get you hurt in so many ways my friend. Usually, REAL wait staff will politely approach a table and present the drink with a smile. The negative attitude you showed on Wednesday morning has left an ever lasting tarnished impression.

Lastly, management needs to do a better job of handling their business. It’s your job to make sure your patrons are fully taken care of and your employees are customer service skilled. So, instead of concentrating on handing out drink special coupons on casino floor, maybe you need to dial it back and make sure your service is worthy.

Update: Returned on 10/22 and figured I’ll give you another chance to find that management hadn’t done anything to better patrons dining experience. Ms. Danny was short and treated my wife as if she was an infant when asked to get the check! Danny you were very lucky that day. My wife is non confrontational, but I’m not!!!! Management I will be back and when I do, we will...

I love Mexican food, and wherever I travel, I always like to explore and try different Mexican restaurants. Last week, I decided to have Mexican food, but the service that day was terrible. It was Super Bowl night, and I ordered chicken enchiladas. At first, they brought me a plate, but then they took it back, saying it wasn’t mine. After about five minutes, they gave me another plate and told me that was my order. I told them this was not the way to treat customers. On top of that, they never even asked if I needed anything, like water. I was so upset that I just asked them to charge it to my room and left. Later, I spoke to the manager, Luis, and explained everything that had happened. He told me he would check the cameras and get back to me. When he did, he was incredibly nice and respectful. I loved the way he talked to me—he was so kind, always smiling, and truly took care of me. This time, the service was excellent, and the food was hot and delicious. The last time, the food was cold, and I didn’t enjoy it because of how late it arrived. But Luis completely changed my experience. He personally asked what I needed, and the food was served hot and with care. I absolutely loved the chicken fajita platter, the nachos, and the guacamole—it was made with love. Honestly, I would have given this place a -5 star rating, but only because of the Manager Luis, I’m giving it 4 stars. The food was amazing, served hot, and with love. Whenever you visit, make sure to check in with Luis—he is the best of the best!

Stopped by Carlos’n Charlie’s on a Friday afternoon around 3 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised—no wait time at all. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was served immediately. The bartenders were attentive and friendly, setting a great tone for the visit. They offer a solid 2-for-1 selection of beers and margaritas, making it a fantastic happy hour spot. I ordered the Carnitas Bowl, and I highly recommend it. The ingredients were fresh, the portion was generous, and it was packed with flavor. Pro tip: ask for their hot sauce—it’s not automatically offered, but it’s a must-have if you like heat. The noise level was medium, perfect for keeping the energy up while still being able to hold a conversation—ideal for solo diners or groups alike. The restaurant accepts both cash and credit cards, which adds convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available through the Flamingo Casino network and offered great bandwidth during my visit. There’s an outdoor patio area that looked really cool and inviting, with views of the Flamingo gardens, although I didn’t get a chance to sit there this time. This place is far from a typical gimmicky casino eatery. Whether you’re by yourself or with family, it’s a great stop. Don’t let the casino setting fool you—Carlos’n Charlie’s is a must-visit if you’re staying at the Flamingo or anywhere nearby on the Strip

Carlos 'N Charlie's is in the Flamingo in Las Vegas. It's one of the more affordable sit down restaurants you'll find along the strip. It is right in the casino area but you'll find yourself mostly transported when you enter the restaurant and the music is playing and the place is poppin'. Our server was really great and the service was quick and overall a pleasurable experience. The food was very good, not the best you'll find from the many options you have along the strip and in all the casinos, but you certainly won't be disappointed either. My wife enjoyed her veggie salad and my burger was cooked nicely with fun flavors of chipotle mayo and guacamole. The chips and salsa which is an appetizer you need to order were really the star of the meal and I can highly recommend you get that. The margaritas we got were tasty and lighter on the alcohol. They have a wide variety of sizes and options and were always offering 2 for 1 deals on their giant margaritas. All in all I think it's an easy choice to recommend when looking for a good meal at a better price than a lot of the competition. Enjoy!!
