I would give this place a 5 star because I have had a great experience until today. There is a lady taking my order (usually just guys, maybe she is new) over the phone for a delivery. I specifically ask her if they have 2 liter sodas, she says "yes, what kind, sprite, coke" I say coke. I order the rest of my food and when the delivery comes, there is no two liter.... I tell the guy, he shows me the receipt, no coke. I call she tells met that I told her I did not want the coke. I live literally a minute and a half drive from the restaurant. After going back and forth with "he said she said", I asked if she could just send the coke. Then she wanted to charge me another delivery. She took no accountability for her mistake, put the phone down while i was speaking with her without saying anything, left me on the line for 5 minutes, I then had to call back. When I told her I would write a review she hung up on me.
I am a regular customer here and order food for my family at least once a week or every other week. She had no care in the world and has no idea what customer service is. Sucks because the food is good and everyone else has been nice, but no matter how good your food is, if your service is nasty, so will your business be. Read moreJust went in this location and ordered orange chicken but 98% of what was suppose to be chicken is just empty over cooked batter... They have probably been getting away with this sort of thing for a long time possibly years.... Only 3 pieces out of entire meal had any chicken in it... Super disappointed and very angry... If you order anything that is covered in batter, pay attention to the amount of meat inside (if any at all). In fact I would avoid this place altogether and go to some place that doesn't completely rip you off. As I'm eating still the chicken doesn't taste like actual chicken, it tastes super fake.... Think I'll be contacting the health department and another state office to look into their business practices... saving one of the only 3 pieces of meat I actually got so health department...
