Moneyline Pizza & Bar — Restaurant in Paradise

CRAPPY AND VERY SLOW SERVICE The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because of how the manager handled us after the fact. We had some of the worst service we’ve ever had, for being a restaurant in Aria that is. The pizza however was REALLY REALLY good!

To our waiter, Wissam, you could of easily earned a 15-20$ tip out of me but instead you only received $5 and you got that because my wife convinced me to. I would of left 10 cents if I had the choice. Here’s why: -When we sat I saw our soon to be waiter on his phone at their cash registers. Looked at us more than a couple times then proceeded to go and check other tables before finally addressing us. -Never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. -Never asked how the food was when we got it, never actually came back until it was time for the check. -Never served his own food. I saw and received food/drinks from 3 different waiters. -the only thing he actually served me was one beer, AFTER our appetizers and my wife’s drink already came out -multiple times I tried to get our waiters attention so we could get the check and leave and at one point I swear he was purposefully trying to not make eye contact with us. (Walked past us fast almost straining his neck to not look our way) -I saw a table that was clearly sat before us but received their food long after we received ours. I could tell by their expressions that they weren’t too happy about it either.

The restaurant wasn’t even that busy! I’ve seen waiters at Denny’s work harder than this guy did.

Like I said, the food was amazing and the manager took care of us in the end so I can’t be mad, but at a place like the Aria I have higher expectations and I’m not going to tip bad service...

Great spot for a quick bite to eat in Aria. Didn't have a reservation and were able to get in for dinner before a show.

We found the service to be quite slow. They took a while to come by to ask for drink orders and then took even longer to come back to ask for our food order. The place didn't have many folks eating, so I figured we'd have more attention from the wait staff... But I was wrong. It was to the point I was almost going to get up and tell the server my order at the front desk.

With that said, once the food order was in, the food came out pretty quick and piping hot. We ordered a pepperoni pizza to share, along with two pounds of wings.

When the pizza came out, my initial thoughts were that it was too oily (greasy) and way too cheesy. When I tried picking up a slice, it couldn't hold itself together, structurally. However... the flavour completely changed my mind. The pizza was SO good. The crust was really tasty, and although it couldn't support the weight of the toppings, I ended up eating over half of the pizza myself. I typically don't like oily & overly cheesy pizza.. But this one was really good.

The wings were also very good. I probably wouldn't get the garlic parmesan wings again, but the wings themselves were really meaty and good.

I would come back, despite the wait...

I don't usually do this but the customer service was absolutely shocking. They had a wait for a normal table so we said we will sit at the bar and when a table is ready we would like to sit at a table. We were going to wait and order our pizza and we were still deciding what we wanted to get. We did say we wanted a margarita Pizza but we were not completely ready to order and the bar tender went ahead and put our order through even though we were not finished with our order and weren't ready. We had absolutely no idea she put our order through until it was time to go sit at a regular table. We told her we were going to move and she told us we needed to settle up with her first. We thought she just meant our drink bill. But when we got our bill she charged us for a pizza that we weren't even aware we ordered. We finally moved to another table, and I went to use the restroom and when I came back the pizza was there. Apparently the manager brought it over and said he would be back with pepper and parmesan. He never came back. In fact, not one person came to check on us the entire evening, not even to see if we wanted water. Piss service poor service and wouldn't return. Pizza was really really...
