Edit: came back with out of town friends. Our table was great tucked towards the back the only issue was there were very noisy Kansas City football fans that were very loud and cursed a lot! We just slid the partition to block their voices a bit! What we ordered: 1.) Watermelon Crush $21.00 refreshing and great real watermelon flavor. 2.) Lemon stem salad $21.00 fresh ingredients and great dressing. 3.) Pot stickers $15.00 the potstickers were tasty the dipping sauce was too sweet. I have had this appetizer before and the sauce was more savory with a bit of spice. 4.) Vegan Singapore Noodles $27.00 my friend said it was tasty. 5.) Drunken Noodles $25.00 My friend got it with beef and it was delicious. 6.) Yellow curry chicken $26.00 this is one of my favorites because the curry is so well balanced and not soupy in texture. 7.) Pad Thai noodles with Shrimp $26.00 the noodles were very tasty but the shrimp was a bit overcooked.
Update: came back Wed 11/9 And the food was still delish! This time we had Singapore Noodles, Beef & Broccoli and Vegetarian Red Curry. What stood out was how friendly and on point Kathleen our server was! She deserves the 5 stars!
We were a table of 5 made reservations and were seated immediately. Our server was cordial and attentive but we did have to wait a bit for our check. I tried the Pad Thai with Ribeye and the steak was very tender. Potstickers were spot on fried & steamed in cooking process like it should be cooked! The Yellow curry was delicious just the right consistency of spices. The Pineapple fried rice was nicely done also. Everyone enjoyed...
Read moreSurprisingly very good meal! Portion sizes were Vegas style (large), food came out super fast (within 10 minutes of ordering) but I am most impressed with their spice levels which is actually what they refer to as “Thai spicy” so on a 1-10, we got 4 and it had a solid kick. We are Asian and like medium to spicy so probably could have gotten up to 6. Staff said 3 is like a raw jalapeño spiciness. We split the beef tenderloin clay pot, eggplant clay pot, and a pad see ew with chicken. The restaurant is on the smaller side, for Vegas, so if you don’t have a reservation they may ask you to finish your meal by a certain time. But you can just make a reservation and it will be fine. We walked in on a Tuesday at 530pm, and the hostess was able to sit us but let us know they needed the table by 7pm. When we left, there was a small gathering by the hostess stand waiting to check in. Delicious meal and would come back again.
Came back again Thursday night at 5:30 without a reservation and had to wait about 45 minutes for a table. Again the food delivered. We shared the ribeye w tamarind sauce, fried catfish, and the Penang curry. Ribeye was amazing. Catfish was very well executed - the flavors were very good. Slight earthiness as expected with catfish but delicious. Lastly, the Penang curry was excellent too, a bit on the sweeter side (I think they add sweetened coconut milk and there were a few lychees) next time I would ask to make it less sweet. But we did get the curry with a spice level of 5 and it was perfect. The sweetness balanced it out and overall another...
Read moreAre you craving for authentic Thai food at a reasonable price? Do you want to dine within your favorite resort and within short walking distance? Then, Lemongrass at Aria is the perfect spot for an amazing dinner experience.
Much like other resort and casino restaurants, Lemongrass appears extravagant with upscaled decor and interior, yet the menu doesn’t disappoint when it comes to taste, price, and portions. It has a great variety of entrees, appetizers, specials, and drinks for any Thai food lovers. When it comes to Thai restaurants, I typically order the Pad Thai, Red Curry, and Vegetable Fried Rice. To my surprise, they’re all amazing.
The Pad Thai noodles are prepped just right. The chicken is perfectly cooked and tender. The staff is also very considerate and place the peanuts on the side instead of top of the Pad Thai noodles. After all, not everyone likes sprinkled peanuts, and some people share dishes.
The Red Curry is also very appetizing. The curry sauce is thick and filled with many bell peppers, bamboo shoots, and meat (crispy duck). Two bowls of rice are needed!
As for the Vegetable Fried Rice, vegetarians will love this one. There are plenty of vegetables, and you can substitute with Brown Rice. It’s a full and healthy option.
Overall, Lemongrass at Aria is probably one of the best Thai restaurants that Las Vegas can offer. It’s moderately priced with delicious portions and great service. I recommend dining at around 5-6PM if you’re just walking in. Otherwise, definitely reserve in advance because the restaurant does...
