Store is 10/10. I was coming to post a positive review only but I want to address the negative reviews as someone that cares deeply about this brand, store, and the staff that work here. I read a few and I can say that has never been my experience and I came to this store, day one, in my Amazon Prime basics, with absolutely no designer elements on me, a complete baby in the designer world. No connections in the space to speak of and no brand history. I will say I have seen some absolutely horrible human beings in this store and if you are one of them, shame on you, but it is not a reflection of the store or the staff in any way. My SA Frances is a magician and was the key to my love of Hermes. I absolutely adore her and I adore the brand. Hermes is special. It isn't something that you just buy - it is an experience - with pieces you will have for years - pieces you will pass on to your family members (for me it is my daughter - who loves Hermes and the staff as well!) - and a relationship built through your SA with the brand itself. Timeless and classic elegance with a hundred years of history behind it. I love every Hermes product I own. The products are not meant to be mass produced, they are not for every single person on the planet, and not everything will be made for you, BUT there is something for everyone (given you have the budget). They are created by artisans, lovingly, and carefully. I have been shopping with Frances at this location since the beginning of the year and I appreciate her so much because not only has she taught me about the brand, taught me the proper etiquette (which has helped me in other designer stores BTW!), but she has listened to me, pushed my design boundaries (which I seriously needed), and has helped me find the perfect piece every single time. She is respectful and kind concerning my budgets and dreams with me about everything from my personal future endeavors to my dreams about my ultimate Hermes collection. She is also BUSY - this is a coveted brand! Be respectful of your SA, make appointments! If they are taking you on that is a very kind gesture, believe me, they have plenty of people WAITING to be taken on as a client. I originally came into Hermes because I had to know! Is it a pretentious place? Will I be ushered out? Will I not know the appropriate etiquette? Will the elusive bags be offered? Will I only be presented with something dreadful!? Not at all. First, I discovered my love of Hermes, the history behind the brand, what makes it special. If you love this brand I promise you will get what you are looking for and your SAs will help you find it but you need patience and dedication to this special brand. Try the shoes, the jewelry, the clothing, the home decor (everything is amazing). If you are just there for a 25 Birkin, buying a belt you don't really like, in the hopes someone will offer you a bag, then you are likely to be disappointed. The secondary market is for you if that is the only thing you are looking for - it will ultimately be less expensive and you will be happier for it. BUT, if you love designer brands and you want to appreciate and love Hermes, then this store, and this team are your place and people! The store is lovely, all the staff are amazing (looking at you Steve, Julio, and my lovely back up SA Scott! Love you guys too!). Come to this store if you want to build special relationships backed by special pieces. A sincere thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hermes Crystals. I love being...
Read moreI came here with my mom and we were greeted immediately by a gentleman, he asked what we were looking for and told us it would be upstairs. As we were browsing my mom struggled to put a bag back on the shelf and this sales woman who ended up helping us couldn’t even bother to offer help. She wasn’t necessarily impertinent, but it was obvious she thought we would waste her time because we dressed extremely casual (think north face jacket and not carrying a purse. Since when did you need a purse to carry a card anyways) as it’s raining. After the fact that my mom was struggling in front of her, she decides to put down her phone and proceed half heartedly towards us and ask what we needed help with. I explained to her a belt. What she didn’t know is we are the type of shoppers that like to browse and randomly purchase stuff we like along the way. She brought the belt out and we made our choice quickly. She found us by the shoes and that’s when she decides to brighten up a little more. The gentleman who greeted us earlier then shows up next to us upstairs with a different customer dressed head to toe in designer and she ended up leaving with nothing LOL. We scored on one pair that my mom loved and wanted another. That’s when the gentleman’s demeanor looked regretful. The sales woman on the other hand immediately had her eyes light up like a jackpot machine and started smiling. After we got our shoes and belt upstairs we told her we now wanted scarves. She was suddenly even more friendly now that she knows we’re easy going and make decisions quickly.
Honestly, at this point we were giving her a chance to redeem herself because we do have bad days and she still couldn’t care less to introduce herself or offer us anything to drink. That’s when we decided to stop adding more items to our pile. We were here for about 20-30 minutes and purchased the belt, shoes and scarves. We were more than happy to add scarf rings to our purchase, but stopped due to the lack of effort on her end. They also won’t tell the truth on what color flatters you. The sales woman picked out 2 warm toned scarves and said it would look good on me. I am cool toned so that’s a hard pass.
I found her name on the receipt. Steer clear of Leila and head over to the Wynn...
Read moreShopping at the Hermès boutique at The Shops at Crystals, located next to the Aria Hotel, has been an absolute joy. From the moment we first visited, every experience has been nothing short of delightful—and a large part of that is thanks to our sales associate, Joseph.
Joseph is truly a gem. He’s charismatic, kind, and incredibly genuine. He brings a sense of warmth and authenticity that is rare to find, especially in high-end retail. Shopping with him is never rushed or transactional—it’s enjoyable and personal. He takes the time to understand your tastes and preferences, always offering thoughtful suggestions and making you feel like a valued and respected client. Every interaction with him has felt sincere, and his enthusiasm for the brand and his clients is evident. He’s not only helpful—he’s an absolute joy to work with.
In a city like Las Vegas, where luxury boutiques are plentiful, it’s easy to come across salespeople who feel distant or overly polished. That’s why working with someone like Joseph has made such a lasting impression. He brings a level of hospitality and care that elevates the entire shopping experience.
On one of our visits, we were also pleasantly greeted by a lovely woman we believe is the store manager. Though we didn’t catch her name, she took the time to acknowledge us and our family, even stopping to engage in a brief but friendly conversation. That small gesture felt incredibly welcoming and only added to the positive atmosphere of the store.
The store itself is stunning—much larger than the other Hermès locations in Las Vegas. It’s spacious, elegantly designed, and beautifully curated. The selection here is far more expansive, with a wide range of offerings you often don’t see in the smaller boutiques. The overall feel of the store is luxurious, calm, and inviting—making it a true pleasure to shop in.
We’ve visited many Hermès stores over the years, but this particular location stands out—both for its physical beauty and the exceptional level of service provided by Joseph and the team. If you’re looking for a memorable Hermès shopping experience in Las Vegas, we highly recommend...
