Interesting location and setup. Located in the heart of the strip on an upper floor with good views overlooking the strip. Unfortunately, the views are obstructed by the signage on the exterior of the building at least at night. More trendy look and feel than most Olive Gardens. I did not even know this location existed despite being in Vegas many times. The food is Olive Garden consistently and quality. I ordered the penne with marinara. I am a red sauce fan and Olive Garden has one of the best anywhere. The marinara is savory and robust served over angel hair pasta that is firm and not mushy. Olive Garden is a bit skimpy on the sauce so I always ask for heavy, heavy sauce, which they provide. The minestrone soup is some of the best anyway as well. The minestrone comes in an infinite portion, but one bowl is usually enough because there is a lot of hearty stuff in the soup even though the bowls seem to be shrinking in size. The minestrone is an enjoyable mixture of fresh vegetables and beans with a hint of spice and pepper. Olive Garden has some of the best Italian dressing anywhere served on a cold salad. Simple food, but high quality and at an unbeatable price. The breadsticks are average and their flavor depends on which server prepares them. The server was attentive and polite. My only complaint is the manager made an unnecessary project about seating us when the place was half empty. He even redirected us to a different table after previously sending us to a different one. He probably should stop micromanaging and find something more productive to do and let the hostess do her job. I would go back here anytime.

Definitely a terrific food choice. Like a lot of Olive Garden locations, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have not been to an Olive Garden location quite like this. While the entrance is located on the ground level, the restaurant itself is located on the third floor (right above target). I really liked this as it was nice going from the very hot, busy, and loud strip, to the cool, relaxing, and clean setting of the restaurant. In general, this made the ambiance of the restaurant quite enjoyable, maybe with the exception of the big LED sign which covers the entire window looking out. With this said, I think it can be overlooked considering all the other pros. I’m not too sure how busy it gets later at night, however, when we went (around 6 PM) we did not have to wait for a table. However, 6 PM seems fairly early for dinner in Las Vegas so I would not expect this to be the standard. I tried the Lasagna Classico and Pasta e Fagioli as a soup which was delicious. The wait for the food was relatively short. In addition, as usual, the salad and breadsticks were wonderful. As I said before, the staff were terrific. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to those looking for a good meal away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip.

I don’t get to Olive Garden much because we don’t have them in Ontario. I was pleasantly surprised to see one here on the strip. My friends that were travelling with me had never been, however they have heard of it before and really wanted to try. I was down as I’ve always had a great meal at this chain, this location didn’t disappoint. My friends had a steak and lobster dish, I had the salmon dish. All of ours was cooked to perfection and just as expected. The soups and breadsticks were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Overall, it was a wonderful meal and my friends were blown away with theirs; we all thought the price was fair for what we received. Personally, I’ve had plenty of grilled salmon dishes from Toney Romas, Seafood restaurants, and Eleven Sixty and this by far was the best of all and comparable price. Traveller tip: if you come here and there is a lineup outside, most likely it isn’t for Olive Garden, its for the rooftop bar so just skip the line and take the elevator up. We almost turned away and went somewhere else because we thought the line was for Olive Garden, however there was someone from the bar outside and my friend confirmed the line didn’t apply to Olive Garden.

My recent visit to the Olive Garden left me thoroughly impressed and eager to share my delightful experience. From the moment my party and I walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The exceptional service provided by the staff, and in particular our server Tracey, truly made our lunch service memorable.

The friendliness and hospitality exhibited by the entire staff at the Olive Garden were remarkable. From the host who greeted us and promptly seated us to the attentive servers who catered to our every need, the level of service exceeded my expectations. Every staff member we encountered was not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making us feel like valued guests.

Our server, Tracy, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. From the moment she introduced herself, her warm and personable demeanor immediately put us at ease. She took the time to attentively listen to our questions and preferences, ensuring that our dining experience was tailored to our liking.

Throughout our lunch service, Tracy displayed a level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She anticipated our needs and made sure that every aspect of our dining experience was enjoyable. From promptly refilling our drinks to ensuring our food was served promptly and at the perfect temperature, Tracy's commitment to providing exceptional service was evident.

Tracy's genuine care for our dining experience shone through in her friendly demeanor and engaging conversation. Her pleasant and personable nature created a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like cherished guests. Tracy's passion for her role was palpable, and it undoubtedly played a significant role in making our visit to the Olive Garden a memorable one.

Overall, my experience at the Olive Garden was exemplary, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff, including our wonderful server Tracy. The combination of delicious food, a welcoming ambiance, and attentive service made for a truly enjoyable lunch. I highly commend the entire team at the Olive Garden for their dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable meal with exceptional service.

Additionally, we had two managers/supervisors as well as two additional staff/server/bus person check in on us. It was a lovely experience and we will be sure to return on...

We went for lunch and everything was good, service food, etc.. Unfortunately we decided to go back for diner the next day and this went sour really fast. As we started eating our plates, my wife discovered a long piece of plastic, most likely from sauce packagings in her food. We immediately stopped eating after two bites and told the buss-boy to flag the manager, which he urgently did. As we waited for more than 5 minutes, I flagged our server who had yet to come back to our table as she was busy laughing and talking to her colleagues at their bar section. As I went to her since she was too busy seeing us, I told her about the plastic which she took and went to see her manager. I saw the manager talking to some people, playing with his pen, then saw someone raising their hand and he went right over. As I flagged our waitress again, I told her maybe the manager doesn’t think clients swallowing plastics isn’t a priority for him. She ran over to him AGAIN, and they sent us someone else.. This had been going on for more than 15 minutes, he finally decided we were important and walked to us with a big smile happy as can be.. I immediately told him I was done laughing after waiting for all that time to which he said he had been busy with clients with allergies, maybe he did, but clearly playing with his pen in the middle of the floor looking like he was lost 10 minutes earlier was his take on discussing allergies.. I mean, my wife eating a piece of plastic and going to an hospital was less important to him. I indicated that we would pay for the appetizer but would not continue eating our plates given his attitude towards almost having a client choke on plastic. He indicated that we wouldn’t need to pay for anything and had an attitude because I went off on the fact that responsible restaurants would have jumped when hearing about this type of thing happening at their place. We left and basically hope the owners or general manager will see this post and take action against this “manager” and informed him of how important finding plastics from the kitchen in a plate is to the franchise! Had we not had gone for diner this place would’ve been saved by the employees working...

I want to give HUGE KUDOS to this restaurant and staff, and especially to the Manager, Arturo!! I'm from Michigan and about a month ago, I called and spoke to Arturo asking if he would be willing to assist me in surprising my niece and her new husband when they dined here after getting married in Vegas. (They had already favored this restaurant after having dined here a year ago!) My surprise entailed my purchasing some personalized champagne glasses to then present to them when they came in for their one-on-one wedding dinner. Arturo went above and beyond with accepting the glasses, keeping them safe until the day of, and then presenting them along with a card I also sent to accompany my lil surprise!! Now finding them was no easy trick!! All he had to go on was the date, last name, and an approximate range of time they would arrive. He took it upon himself to go up to each and every table that was a couple asking them their last name until he found them!! And he did!!! 😁😁 My niece and her new husband were very touched, especially by Arturo's efforts working with me to make this happen!! They said they could tell the minute he came to their table and asked if they were celebrating anything special, ... that something was up!! I could have never pulled this off without the kind and genuine heart of Arturo!!! Honestly, he seemed as excited as I was to make my lil surprise 🍾🥂from Michigan happen!! Pretty awesome guy!!😉😁 I'm so pleased with how it turned out and honestly can't thank Arturo and the staff enough for ALL they did to make my niece's wedding dinner with her new husband even more special and memorable!!!🥰 You guys at this restaurant are THE...
