PT's Pub — Restaurant in Paradise

Awful. Maybe it's because it was 0200 when we arrived, but the service was the worst I've experienced, anywhere, in quite some time. We got no service at our table, had to take multiple trips to and from the bar; although our table was 10ish feet away. We did not get checked on, once. The menu says you can mix and match 3 sliders for $10. However, according to the bartender, that's not the case and 1 slider costs $10 while a full burger costs $12. If someone can explain that logic I'd be oh so appreciative. A friend of mine ordered a full burger, it came out with no fries even though the menu said it comes with fries, and then listed to upgrade options. When he asked about the fries, the cook? maybe she was, I dunno, said, "did you want fries? I can make you some. It takes 2 minutes. What do you want?" while rolling her eyes in between statements. When she brought the fries (charged as an extra on the bill) she was vaping while coming out of the kitchen and walking around the bar, holding the fries, I'm fairly certain that's a health code violation, and I will be contacting them. I'd bet she vapes while cooking. She quite literally tossed down out plates, including the sullen, under-cooked fries. We never got checked on during our meal, to which the bartender made the excuse he has no server. Yet, he had the time and ability to leave the bar and go play some beer pong. All professionalism is completely missing from this establishment, and based off of this experience, PTEG as a whole has lost...

Obviously a prejudiced place. Was getting my car repaired at the Pep Boys across from there early one morning and the guy at Pep Boys told me I could go and get breakfast there. I walked over and noticed the door wouldn't open when i tried to pull it open. I thought maybe there was another door and went around the side and there wasn't. So i went back over to the main door and knocked. Nothing. Knocked again. Nothing. Knocked again and a guy comes out and says to me that the lady won't let me in because of my hoodie and that, "Sorry man you probably get it all the time that you look the part." I was blown away. And like I said, this was probably 8 in the damn morning in January, so it was pretty chilly out! I said something to the effect of just because I'm black doesn't mean my money isn't green just like the everyone else's. So I walked off and went back to wait for my car. Worst...

Stellar staff if I do say so myself. my boyfriend and I have come here quite a few times and every single time we get the best service from the bartenders. even if we're playing pool the bartenders bring us our food and take real good care of us. I have really good chicken wings.no don't get me wrong I understand that this is an average bar but I do believe it's the best PT's Pub that we have experienced here in Las Vegas.I understand that your average bar food and reasonably priced drinks you can get almost anywhere. I'm writing this review because all of the ladies that work this bar no matter what time anybody gets here is going to give you good service. these ladies are always so nice and no matter how busy it is, they always run their tails off to get you what you want.
