I ordered a number 12 and 3 tacos. It was Wednesday when tacos are $1.59. The number 12 is $12.99. She charged me $30 and I told her that was wrong. She charged me for 12 tacos and 2 side orders if tamales. She said she was refunding me $17.23 and when I told her that didn't sound right she assured me it was and told me I'd get refunded. When I got in my car I looked at my debit card account and saw a pending refund if $17.23 however on Friday I was charged $30 and no refund. I drove to the location and asked to speak to the manager and the woman who waited on me Wednesday was the person I was speaking to. The woman told me I could not speak to a manger and told me the refund would show up on Monday. The $30 charge was already deducted but there was no sign of a refund at all. I'll check Monday and if there's no refund I will be angry. It was her fault not mine and I was the one who came out of pocket for the difference yet she was rude and walked away from me while we were still talking. This was handled so poorly and clearly it was her inability to understand English yet she's the one serving attitude not me. I won't go back to this location as long as she's working there. The food was OK but I find the taco shells to be very hard to eat compared to the Roberto's on Windmill and Eastern. I'm just not going back to...
Read moreAround 4:25pm,4:30pm on May15th, I walked in The Roberto's on S Pecos Rd. and another customer walked in after Me, so upon approaching the counter, The Employee was counting her Drawer in front of the customer, which was myself and the Gentleman that came in after me,So the Employee was saying just a minute as she continues to count her Drawer, and not only that she had the money on the counter where you pick up the orders when ready, so I waited for a good 5 minutes, so the cook, came from behind the where he was cooking as she continued to count her Drawer! so the cook and the other gentleman was speaking Spanish, something about french fries and got, and got the gentleman a drink, and just skipped me and got the gentleman a cup, and then had the odesity to then ask me can I help you! when I was there first, so I just turned around and left. Very Poor Customer service, I'll never go back there again, when I used to go there quite a bit, and That's how you get robbed, You are not suppose to do that In front of the customers!, and they know who they are! Very unpleased, That has never happened before, not to me anyway!, maybe to someone else, I don't know? But I just wanted to let You know that, Thank You very much...
Read moreDate: Sunday, June 15, 2025 I’ve had enough. I come into Roberto’s early in the morning after a long 10-hour shift, and for some reason, one of the cooks has a serious attitude problem—especially around 6 AM. Every time I walk in, he’s mean mugging me like I did something to him. Today, he straight up gave me fries so rock hard I couldn’t even eat them. This feels personal at this point.
And let’s talk about the disrespect. I keep hearing him say “chingada” while looking straight at me. I don’t appreciate being insulted in Spanish, especially by someone who clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with even basic decency. It’s hostile, it’s immature, and it’s disgusting behavior.
If this guy hates doing his job so much, maybe it’s time he finds another one—because messing with people’s food and throwing around slurs isn’t part of the job description. I know I’m not the only one who’s noticed his behavior. Management, are you just going to keep ignoring this? Or are you finally going to do something about a worker who’s clearly bullying customers?...
