From Oakland that had spent a lot of time New Orleans -- I have been jonesing for gumbo and catfish that is not inside a casino or boujee restaurant. I came across Keith Lee's recommendation for Southern Taste Seafood & More and decided to try it out. Lord, this is one of the best meals I've had in Vegas since we moved here 6 years ago! The Catfish was so good. I'm not a gumbo person but my husband tried the gumbo and he really loved it. This tiny food truck definitely has the New Orleans flavor.
