I was so excited to go to this Taco Bell on my first trip to Vegas, being a Taco Bell lover it was a main tourist attraction on my trip list but overall it was sadly disappointing. I realize I was there over an extremely crowded weekend & went on a Saturday afternoon but it was long line, incredibly hot inside, loud, chaotic and messy. Yes, it’s a Taco Bell but to me if it’s a major Vegas tourist destination, they need to get it together. After waiting in long line sweating, finally get to the counter which was messy and sticky and just a tip, make sure you get your drinks handed to you at counter before you make your way back through crowds and tight lines to pick up food. Our drinks were “forgotten” and when picking up food was told we had to go back to counter to get our drinks. Was awkward having to cut in line to get 4 drinks already paid for when they should be given to you while paying or put with food. We also could not get over the layout of this place, it was so tight, heavy, awkward chairs, sticky floors and just trashy; and why have a patio outside baking in sun when you can expand restaurant and make it all air conditioned?! We went up tight stairs to find a spot to eat and it was even tighter, more messy sticky counters and next to DJ loudly blasting music. Staff and DJ were all nice people but mind blowing to me whoever designed this Taco Bell & have to reference The Office that “corporate” needs to step in and overall clean that place up. Move to a bigger location because it’s a popular commodity! Irony of a Dennys down the strip with totally dead rooftop on a Saturday night - switch with them Taco Bell! Lastly, our food was fine and warm, seemed fresh but overall I left sad & disappointed and a one &...
Read moreI'll put it this way. This restaurant is so cheap I'd rather purchase tamales in the parking lot.
I ordered I forgot which combo but it had a burrito hard shell taco and soda.
My burrito was just as flat as the taco! They did that to save money! Not caring about looking cheap.
I will not go back because they're trifling and then that particular area that they're in charge more than other areas.
But the other areas actually give you a damn burrito. Instead of a burritoed-taco, this is embarrassing.
Oh yes I fill 100% cheated but I decided to not make a big deal about it because they have now lost me a customer and that's worth more than my one visit as a customer.
People think they can price gouge. They think they can definitely overcharge you.
Something I found beneficial is to simply stay out of their establishments. Do not buy anything!
When they come close to bankruptcy then they'll discover their stupidity.
Let's boycott! All Taco bells All Wendy's - They sell expired food
All McDonald's since they cannot be trusted for a second. All they sell is expired food. Or shall I say, they give you what they couldn't sell that morning!
And that is some bull because the food is expired.
I ask for fresh Fries and I still get the old fries. And they will stand in front of you and lie in your face and call them fresh.
They can't be trusted. I'm saving my money.
BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND COOK...
Read moreThe whole idea for this location was neat, but after having this as a bucket list location to visit when in Vegas, I'm sad to report it was extremely overhyped and under-delivered
There was a wait to get inside the half-empty main floor which was being very poorly managed at first. Multiple individuals were able to sneak through while groups were waiting. Once inside the excitement of the cantina idea died almost instantly. Poor seating options inside, awkward seating outside, a "private" upstairs dining area that is projected on the big screens for everyone to see (keep personal stuff off your phone if your back is to the camera), and a rude bar staff. Four kiosks on a single post to order from while trying to crowd around.
The upstairs area also has a DJ station and DJ who really isn't necessary for the vibes the location gives off. The music was generic and had no variety. Also upstairs is a focal point that should really be downstairs; a beautiful glass/acrylic Taco Bell logo with floral embellishments.
The food was at least hot and met the expectations you would normally have for Taco Bell. Twisted Freeze drinks are tasty and on-par ($10-30 each) with other frozen alcoholic drinks on the strip. Two stars for those two wins, but overall a disappointment. It just felt like it wanted to be so much more than...
